Went to get my Birthday Bundt cake and bought a few more the s'mores was delicious soft and moist your Bundt cake are divine thank you for making my Birthday weekend awesome

Spent $36 for 6 Bundt let’s, requested box as it’s for a birthday. I pointed to small box behind the counter and was told no. “Boxes only come with 12 ($69). I said it’s for a birthday. “No, those boxes are for cakes.
Have not tried the Bundt yet but can tell you this will be my last time buying these!
I should have gone to the bakery down the street, same price for cupcakes and you get a box!

So I usually come here alot to get cakes for my wife. I still will. On this particular time, I ordered a Birthday Bundt Cake for my son's birthday on Thursday. The expectation was the cake would be ready for pick up at 1230 on Sunday. When I went to pick the cake up at 2:45 on Sunday (2 hours and 15 minutes after the agreed time) the Bundt Cake was not ready. My wife and I were told we'd have to wait for 20 minutes for them ice and assemble the cake. The manager was gracious enough to give us a bundtlet for the mishap. I will continue to be a customer with them, I just feel the serviced missed the mark this time. I will call ahead next time to check if it's ready prior to pick up. Once we received the Cake, I noticed the tag was misprinted as well. Attention to detail is so important.

Edit: Nothing Bundt Cakes contacted me directly, and made this right. It is Very Impressive when a company cares enough to do this. As stated above, I will continue to visit this location! Thanks Guys!

My family loves your cakes! I had the Easter bunny delivered, but the delivery person left the cake on the ground outside the front door and didn't let us know it was delivered. Luckily it wasn't a very hot day.

Don't waste your time going here. I wanted the assorted buntinis, I've been twice and not a single time have I been able to actually order what I want. The first time I was told I was too close to closing to pick the flavors I wanted and I let it slide because I've worked retail before and understand the difficulties of late shift customers, but then this time I came just a few hours after opening. When I asked why, they said it's just because. I had to probe and ask ".. because WHY? What do I have to do to purchase the flavors I want?" They told me it was because of the "holidays" and I wouldn't be able to order the flavors I want until after January. This is a stupid statement since most people purchase these FOR THE HOLIDAYS or special occasions. Also, we have chocolate allergies in my family so half the ones we would have received couldn't even be eaten. Can't rate the flavor because we didn't get to purchase what we want and walked out. Not coming again since I've tried multiple times at this point.
