O' My Buns Cafe!

Nice staff but they ought to know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. This was supposed to be a cappuccino. It was tepid and weak and 99% foam-free.

I loved this cafe for a really long time but this time everything was off, I don’t know if this was a one time thing or not but every time before this was wonderful! Unfortunately this time I came here it wasn’t good the boba tasted rotten, the fish come ice cream was overcooked and they forgot my straw. I really love this place but I don’t know what happened. ?

I am extremely disappointed. Today I took a coworker there after ranting and raving at how wonderful their buns were.We both ordered the Cream Cheese Bun and it was so dry and tasteless. No cream cheese and the bun was so dry it cracked when we pulled it apart. Not soft, full and tasty like they used to be in the past. The young lady was very friendly, we were just disappointed in the pastry that we paid $4.62 for.

My first time here and didn't know what to get, the girls treated my like I was stupid and laughed at me behind the counter. They were not helpful and very rude. Won't go here again.

I just ordered 12 original buns and I was not even asked if I wanted them warmed up. There were two ladies there and it took about 10 minutes to just put them in a bag. They really don’t seem to care about their job.

Worst service ever. Came here twice with my husband today and yesterday. First they said they did not have buns then next day told us they did not make buns anymore.

Their items are hit or miss,the buns are sometimes underbaked, raw and their icecream cones are supposed to be soft like a waffle and lots of time they are rock hard (I've been here a lot). The employees don't seem to know the food they are selling, or they just don't care.

Great and friendly workers

Came here with my friend today. She ordered a Thai tea and it was written on the cup. Instead we got a Taro boba and the lady at the register was really nice and had it remade for us and even let us keep the taro. The other girl who was making our drinks, rolled her eyes, set the remade thai tea down and walked away before we could thank her. As we were walking out, she yelled "You're welcome!!". The flavor of the Thai tea was disappointing, too sweet. And the lids can't even stay on the drinks and is not stable at all so a lot of it had spilled out. Wouldn't have even minded the bad service if our drinks were good.
