Arrived at 3:30 pm and still not seated at 4:45 pm they keep seating others that walk in as there's and twos on movable tables stating they only have two areas for groups but other restaurants easily take a both and one table to fit groups of 8.. poor planning on their part and terrible
way to treat customers who came before at least 15 to 20 others
Food was good
This has become my go to Mexican food place. The Burro shredded beef, El matador style is phenomenal. My husband likes to get it with Carne asada. The staff is always pleasant and when I don't feel like dining in calling in my order and picking up is perfect.

Definitely coming back again! We were seated rite away, we ordered, and we were served rite away!!!! As people left, people arrived and tables were cleaned and prepped rite away! I ordered a ground beef taco salad, I haven't found a place that made the taco salad, like where I grew up, it had such great taste! I'm very satisfied with this restaurant!!!!!!!! Kuddos to all the restaurant employees!

The appetizer was oily (darker than average) A few weeks ago I couldn't get enough of their mini chimmachanga appetize. This day they were less than appetizing. We enjoyed inside since we treated a guest. However I must say it's nicer outside during busy hours . Ole Mexican grill carnitas were too dry and didn't have a great flavor. The atmosphere was very nice and wait staff was adequate. Nothing bad just needs some improvement.

My favorite go to Mexican restaurant in Tucson. Been going there for a long time. Highly recommended. Great place for out of town visitors to check out.

Second time coming here. First time I was left waiting over 20 min for a waiter to take my order. The most recent time the waiter was attentive and extremely respectful, he made sure to keep distance offering me some privacy while breastfeeding my baby which was appreciated. We got the sample platter with a side of guacamole and sour cream. The toritos are yummy but the rest of the platter was bland, good thing there was salt on the table. The guacamole was also bland which is fine but it’s overpriced. I do recommend their horchata drink and the sopapillas are decent (order with honey)

It was a little busy. The food seemed rushed, and the service was sketchy, but overall a decent experience.
