The Togo orders usually are cold and have to cook them in microwave or toaster oven. The breadsticks are not good anymore and usually old, cold and stale but mainly it’s the taste they don’t quite compare to the old breadsticks. I miss the old Olive Garden, like why can’t you sell both breadsticks? Or bring back the classic breadsticks they were amazing, people ruin restaurants and the choices made for the entire whole of the customer based on a small few. The food used to be hotter and taste better. Olive Garden went from a 5* restaurant to a 3*- due to all the changes
The food's great, and Julio's service is awesome. The food's usually good, but the service can be hit or miss. Julio's served us before, and he's always quick, friendly, and on top of things. The unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks were delicious. Thanks for a great time!
Friday evening we went to have dinner. We ordered two lasagna plates. The manager came to our table and said they were out of lasagna but we could order something else or wait 30-40 mins for the lasagna to be done. We went for the lasagna so we kindly declined ordering something else on the menu. We said we would just have the salad we were already eating and the 1 and half bread stick we both got. When we got the bill for $30 (for 2 people) I couldn't believe how expensive that small salad (shared by three of us) and the one and a half breadstick was. I felt so ripped off. For the manager to charge us so much money for salad after not having what we ordered was poor service not to mention she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
I came in with family looking forward to a nice dinner.
I asked for the soup that comes with my entree and was told no twice, once when taking a seat at the table and twice after I was ready to order.
The server’s (Bella) tone felt entirely cold and dismissive. When I brought it up to the manager on the way out, I was offered a new table instead of a genuine apology. We ended up walking out and took our business elsewhere.
Always a great place to have dinner with the family. As with everywhere else, the prices have jumped up quite a bit. The soup and salad is almost a quick go to meal.
Parking: Don't be lazy to walk a few feet from your car! There's plenty of parking at or around the building.

Our server was Josh. He was amazing with both my kids and just all around friendly. Even though he was really busy he made sure he checked all of his tables and made sure everyone was taken care of.

Mayra and Esteban took care of me, and the large group I was with, with the best service!
I also had questions about gluten free options and Mayra answered everything and the food was great. First time in an OG since I had to go gluten-free.

Definitely not the Olive Garden of old. Picture shows the 3 gnocchi that were in my soup and I didn't find any chicken. Very disappointed. The fried raviolis and three cheese manicotti were lighter than before as well. Was sad to see I only received 2 breadsticks.
Everything tasted good but for the $40 tab it wasn't worth it. I hadn't been here in awhile and don't think I'll be in a rush to come back.
