Ordered never-ending soup salad and breads ticks git extremely sick!

I visited Olive Garden with a big party of six on a very busy night, and our server Melanie absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was kind, fast, attentive, and clearly knew the menu well. Even with a full section and lots going on, she never missed a beat — drinks stayed full, food came out hot and correct, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She truly deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back and will absolutely be asking for her again. Outstanding service! Best service I've ever had at this Olive Garden!

I love Olive Garden, it's my favorite restaurant. The service really depends on how busy they are, so I try going when I know it won't be too busy. I suggest calling ahead for larger tables. The food is delicious and warm, I don't care if it's not authentic. The prices are reasonable but the endless salad and breadsticks just makes this a great experience. Overall I think this might be the best OG in town.

I love the lasagne and soups and salad. I recommend going ONLY during lunch hours, though. The food and service and atmosphere during the day is 5 stars, the experience after 5pm is way less desirable

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Had a birthday party for my 8 year old niece. We had 3 children under the age of 10. We did a call ahead at 11 am for a table for 9 people at 7 pm. We checked in at 645 pm and was told the table would be ready shortly. We didn’t get sat until after 8 pm.

Once we were sat, the service was super slow. It is now 8:57 pm and the children haven’t even received any food. It took 50 minutes for our breadsticks, salad, and soups to come out. When we asked to speak to the manager Tom about the slow service. Unfortunately, Tom had already gone home for the day so the back of the house manager came out. We didn’t catch his name but he was so rude and absolutely no help, essentially blaming that the lack of service was due to the fact that our salad and soups hadnt arrived yet (which is bullshit, we’ve come to Olive Garden thousands of times and they always bring out breadsticks immediately) but we had ordered our food 45 minutes prior. The manager was rude and his response to our complaint shows a complete lack of customer service and the slow service is due to his lack of leadership and awareness as to what was going on in his restaurant.

It is now 9:05 and we still haven’t received our entrees.

Will not return to this location. The Oro Valley store is far better.

I will add that the waitress was very polite. She was just super busy and needed help.

Outstanding Service at This Olive Garden – Highly Recommend!

My partner and I stopped by Olive Garden about a week ago on a Friday afternoon for a sit-down lunch, looking forward to the never-ending soup and salad entree, and breadsticks. As usual, Olive Garden didn’t disappoint! The breadsticks were hot and fresh, and the soup — we both ordered the Zuppa Toscana Italian Wedding soup — was delicious. We also shared the big salad, which was as good as we expected.

But what really made this visit stand out was the exceptional service provided by our server, Eric. I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of sitting in the bar area, and I was initially a bit irritated when we were seated there. To make matters worse, there were crumbs on the booth seat and breadcrumbs on the table. Normally, this would have put a serious damper on my experience, but Eric quickly turned things around. He greeted us right away with a smile, took our drink orders, and made us feel welcome from the start. His energy, politeness, and attentiveness were noticeable — he was clearly an experienced and customer-focused server.

Eric made sure everything was taken care of promptly, and before I knew it, I was happily sipping my peach tea and enjoying my fresh breadsticks. He even grated us a small side plate of shredded Parmesan since we couldn’t agree on how much to put in the salad, so we could add as we pleased, which I felt was very thoughtful! The atmosphere was casual and the food as reliably good, which I’ve come to expect from Olive Garden, but it was Eric’s outstanding service that made this experience exceptional — okay, I’ll admit the breadsticks helped too.

I can’t remember the last time I had such excellent service in Tucson — the good ones are few and far between here. I hope Eric realized that our generous tip was a direct reflection of his exceptional hospitality and service. If Olive Garden continues to provide this level of service, they’ll most certainly be seeing more of our business!
