I complained about an order, the manager stated he would remove it from my bill, the gm called the next day and attempted to bargain with a $3 discount instead, when I refused he put me on hold and came back with a $10off discount. We're talking about a $21 fatty,salty steak., with no sides. Do yourself a favor.explore Tucson, but save your money and eat ANYWHERE else. Not worth the trip.

The food here is absolutely great. Sometimes the bands suck and sometimes they’re good. The service is pretty horrible but totally worth it for the food. Pretty good drinks. Some of my favorite bar food. Try the nacho platter!

I go here often. OTR is much better than the previous bar in this space. Food was a 5 last year. Something changed. It's still very good, superb for a bar and on-par with non-bar restaurants. I still very much recommend it. I hope the owners see this because there needs to be an intervention somewhere. I still take visitors from out of state there because of the food.

Been in tucson for several years and just found this secret spot. The vibe was super cool. Live band. Drink selection is on point. Prickly pair margaritas was excellent. The food!!! Wow just WOW! ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS I HAVE HAD. Daughter ordered loaded fries,she raved about it. Now for the service. This gal had the absolute best attitude she gave suggestions on the menus both drink and food. Super into her job which also made our experience better than ever. I will be back for sure.

Loved my latest visit to On The Rocks. Finding a place on Sunday after the morning NFL games is usually challenging. The service staff are plentiful and friendly which keeps everything moving like it should on busy game days. There are lots of TVs to find your game on and good sight lines to see them. Sunday's has a special game day menu with great prices and excellent food and drink choices. These are some of the best wing prices in town and these wings are good sized. Looking forward to my next trip here to watch a game and enjoy a beer.

This place is a great Football Bar and everyone is super friendly. The staff are hard working busy bees, they never stop. On top of that, the food is made fresh and delicious with great prices. I know this is a bit weird but you can tell alot from restrooms and their restrooms are super clean. Bottom line, I will be back and people should give this place a try.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at On The Rocks, a charming bar that caught my attention. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was not just satisfying, but truly delicious and well-cooked. By mistake, the waitress initially brought me regular fries instead of the shoestring fries I had been looking forward to. She promptly was able to bring me the shoestring fries. I must say, they were incredibly tasty! The ambiance of the bar was also quite nice, which added to the overall experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their menu.

The best bar on the East side. The drinks, staff, and environment are all excellent. The food is fantastic and there is always a daily menu special. It's also a great environment for viewing sports. Highly recommend. 10/10

I went to On the Rocks on September 12th. I ask the bartender what the $2.00 drink specials. She stated, Cali Squeeze and Blueberry Lemon. I ask her what kind of drink was the blueberry. She replied, It's a margarita. I said, I'll have the Blueberry .My bill came to $27.00. I told her, I thought you said it was it was a $2.00 per drink. I only had 3 blueberry drinks She said we don't sell Margaritas for $2.00. I explain to her our conversation when I order. She was very rude and said I already told you! We don't sell Margaritas for $2:00 . I was very disappointed with her reaction and attitude towards me. I paid cash left her a tip even though she was unprofessional. I also did not appreciate the same bartender talking to a customer about another customer drinking too much and said that, that customer was drunk! From what I seen, the bartender was over serving alcohol to that customer alcohol and should of cut that person off. The bartender should of stated the price of the Blueberry lemon drink special when I ordered . I will not be coming back to On the rocks again. I have a friend that witnessed this unprofessionalism.

Frist time here. Love the dexo. Decor, simple place, food flavorful. Bartender personable and friendly. Food, chips n dip...yum Chicken cordon blue sandwich cheesy Chicken tenders are flavorful but not as crispy as I like. Frys..definitely good. Will be back.
