I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the absolutely unacceptable treatment I received at your establishment on June 15th. The individual behind the counter—a young man with long hair who claimed to be both the manager and owner, if im not wrong his name is Michael—was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful from the moment I walked in.

As soon as I entered, I greeted him politely with “Good morning,” to which he dismissively responded, “What’s up?”—not exactly a professional or courteous way to welcome a customer. I then asked about a smoothie, and rather than giving me instructions or help (as I am unfamiliar with the ordering process), he responded in a condescending and irritated tone, as if my presence was bothering him. His body language, tone, and lack of basic courtesy made it clear I was unwelcome.

When I calmly asked if he was having a bad day—because there was absolutely no justification for such aggressive behavior—he escalated the situation even further. He began calling me names, refused to serve me, and stated he would not make me anything at all.

Let me be absolutely clear: no customer deserves to be treated this way—ever. I came to spend my money at your business, and instead I was humiliated and verbally mistreated by someone who is supposed to represent the company. If this individual is truly the owner or manager, then this is even more concerning, because it reflects a toxic and hostile environment that could affect many other customers.

I demand an official response to this complaint. No apology can undo how I was treated, but accountability is absolutely necessary. If no action is taken, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further, including posting reviews on public platforms and reporting the incident to local business bureaus.

This behavior is inexcusable, and I hope you take it seriously.

I recently visited One Stop Nutrition for a smoothie and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by an employee named Mike. While ordering, I mentioned that I run approximately eight miles 4days a week an weight train and was interested in exploring protein options. Mike’s friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge, and professional approach allowed him to recommend the ideal products to support my active lifestyle 😊. His courteous and insightful service significantly enhanced my experience, and I highly commend his dedication to customer care 👍.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The long haired kid working behind the counter did not acknowledge me when I came in, and ignored me when I asked how his day was going. When I matched his rude attitude and told him what I wanted, he literally threw the straw on the counter and used the drink to push it toward me. Very rude kid, never had an experience like that here, so I probably won’t go back so I don’t see him again.

He also charged me for an add in that he did not include. Unprofessional, and disrespectful. Don’t work in customer service with that attitude.

Very knowledgeable and kind staff as well as excellent drinks and supplements 10 bucks will get you a big old shake with a bunch of protein or whatever else you want in it

Had to pick up some new non-stim pre-workout, got some good recommendations on protein as well when I need to re-up! Will 100% be going back.

I stop here a few times in the week as it is a quick pick me up and just filling. Every staff member I have encountered with have been pleasant. No complaints on my end ever, and I legit stop here more than twice a week. If you haven't tried the Strawberry Cheesecake, you definitely are missing out!

Mike and his team are amazing! The customer service and knowledge about their products is quite impressive and they make the best protein shakes in Tucson!

Great options for both shakes and supplements! I got the post workout with coconut milk and captain crunch. My wife got a strawberry shake. Both were delicious!

It was my first time and I ordered a peanut butter/chocolate smoothie with non fat yogurt as the base and it was delicious! The staff was really nice

Just picked up a tub of Bucked Up Rocket Pop and the wife absolutely loves it! Amazing flavor and even better, consistent energy as always with Bucked Up products! I’ll always go here when I’m in a pinch to get some Bucked Up stuff!

Love love love this location!! Always clean always fast. JORDAN is the sweetest and never lets me down, from the smoothies to the supplements. This guy knows his stuff. 10/10 would recommend.

Ignore what I said last, I was in a bad spot during the day and definitely shouldn't have left the review I did, and for that i apologize.I love coming to this place. I try to make it in every day because these shakes are so goooood!!If it's your first time, definitely go for a chocolate banana meal replacement shake. Great combo and the guys over there know what they're doing. If you ever get a chance to meet Jordan, he's one of the best guys they have. He always makes my shakes in a timely and efficient. He's always just a friendly person all around.They have something for everyone. So definitely check them out. I don't go anywhere else for my shakes.!

Every time I visit one stop nutrition Tucson I have a great experience. They have amazing meal replacement smoothies and juices! Love the staff!!!
