Drop the difference between this and other branches and this one has lesser quality.
Custom service sucks. Nobody greeted upon entrance everyone was just staring. I spent 50$ in this flavorless store even the small paleteria places have more flavorful items specifically their horchata, totielotes and fruit cups are soggy. After spending 50$ (my first and last time ever in this store ) my niece dropped her ice cream as i handed it to her before leaving the store (we were sitting inside) and i asked if I could get another they said no.
Absolutely excellent authentic Mexican ice cream sorbet snacks gelato and everything else. You’re sweet tooth could ever want on planet Earth. México‘s finest snacks, including chips, salsa Chamoy, etc…!!!

Good food, but the prices have gone up insanely. Maybe once a month now instead of 3 times a month.
Everything is tasty, but the price seems steep. We paid $32 for 5 items.

It was just before Halloween and the employees all were in costumes like Alice and the Wonderland. Service was impeccable! I can not tell you enough just how tasty the ice cream is. And Soooo much cheaper than DQ or Baskins. Place was clean and sanitary. Even while extremely busy they still worked well to get the indoor guests their orders out. Highly recommend this place for great ice cream
