The drive through is extremely slow!
Went thrugh the drive thru a little after 10:00am and was served what seemed to be old noodles from the night before. They were hard and so gross.

Ordered plate, fried rice, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp side of Rangoon's and egg roll from the drive through.Portion size was bigger than normal, food was excellent

This place seriously stole from me. First they tried to give me seltzer water instead of a Coke, but I caught it. My “punishment” was waiting another 8 minutes for my drink while the employee glared at me for wanting something actually drinkable.
I ordered 3 entrees—2 orange chicken and 1 black pepper steak. You’d think that would be simple since two of them were the same thing, but no. And I paid extra for steak, which would’ve been fine if I’d gotten any steak at all.
When I finally got the bag, I realized they hadn’t given me any forks. So I drove back, ran inside, and grabbed them myself. By the time I made it home and sat down, I opened my so-called “black pepper steak” and found some random spicy chicken instead. So I basically paid extra for nothing.
I had to fight every step of the way just to get my food, and the whole experience left me frustrated. Honestly, I kind of wish they’d just give me my money back. That’s the end of my Panda Express hyperfixation they just can’t be trusted.

Waited like 15 mins in line with ONE car in front of me . All to get like seriously 5 actual pieces of chicken and some tiny pieces and then a mound of green beans .
There was no sorry for the wait , nor was there a sorry when I went in for a refund . They only offered me a replacement entree then crew proceeded to laugh and make some kind of comment while issuing my refund at the DT register as if I can't hear or see ? . I'm good , I will take my money elsewhere! Will not be going back to this location. Which is a bummer considering I work close by ! Your loss.

*** EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING ***
The entrees seemed fine. Unquestionably the worse fried rice in the industry. Chimpy, lumpy and stale.
What an embarrassment, fried rice should be the mainstay of any Chinese food establishment.
