Me and my boyfriend went to Eat earlier we asked to wait for the fresh orange chicken the woman there were super caty towards me I watched them give me the old orange chicken an called her out on it if we pay for the food whats the problem you need to hire confident women especially because my boyfriend is Hispanic an i appear white i think its terrible how you treat customers they were looking over the whole time with the cook, making gestures was at 10 am in the morning

Update. I laugh at all the negative reviews this place has. It took me 3-4 bad experiences to learn my lesson. Haven't been back in 5 years and what a relief!--I'm sure I've saved myself countless headaches. I rarely eat at Panda Express, in general, because most entrees have slaughterhouse meat in them.

Went to go get a bigger plate to share with nephew......not only did the Styrofoam plates get smaller but the 3rd box that comes with it.... orange chicken was extra small.....I dont thank going up a 1$ and also going down in portions is going to get you business cus I'm not going back was good while it lasted tho...

Went right before closing so fan favorites were already snatched up but the gal at the drive-thru window tonight was really great and offered up suggestions and use her best customer service skills to preempt any Karen like aggravation I might have had. They definitely put an expert at the window and the food was great and a lot of it!

Pedro working at noon on Thursday the 16th of may is honestly the best customer service agent I have ever come across. He was so kind, so sweet, so understanding. It was my birthday and there was a bit of confusion with the coupon but he clarified everything in the kindest most generous way. I have never met a better representative of Panda Express and I wish that Panda recognizes the talent that they have in him. He is an amazing asset and he should be moved to training other service representatives or be in management bc he honestly touched my heart on my birthday and I will never forget how kind he was. THANK YOU PEDRO!!!!
