Went right before closing so fan favorites were already snatched up but the gal at the drive-thru window tonight was really great and offered up suggestions and use her best customer service skills to preempt any Karen like aggravation I might have had. They definitely put an expert at the window and the food was great and a lot of it!
Pedro working at noon on Thursday the 16th of may is honestly the best customer service agent I have ever come across. He was so kind, so sweet, so understanding. It was my birthday and there was a bit of confusion with the coupon but he clarified everything in the kindest most generous way. I have never met a better representative of Panda Express and I wish that Panda recognizes the talent that they have in him. He is an amazing asset and he should be moved to training other...
This Panda Express location is okay. The service is fine but the food quality is inconsistent. If you have a choice, I would recommend going to a different location.
