Customer service here is questionable. Seem like most the people speak broken English and talk quickly in addition to that which makes it even harder to understand what they're saying. I ordered the mushroom chicken and the girl says quickly like I'm supposed to know you're going to wait for the mushrooms? I said what do you mean she nods at the bowl where they dish the mushrooms from like I should know that it's not full. I said no I'd rather not wait I'll have to order something else. That's too bad I had my heart set on mushrooms I want to say why are you letting that run out as one of your main entrees that's kind of ridiculous to me. Then the lady at the cash register talks quickly in broken English and ask me questions and if I want to donate to the children's hospital and what sauces I want and I can't hardly understand what she is saying and I have to ask her to repeat herself several times. I asked for a water cup and as I am stepping away I didn't see one and ask her for it again if she's pointing towards the wall at the end of the restaurant and I'm looking over towards the wall as if there's cups there and there's not and she's pointing to a small cup that's on my tray that I overlooked. I'm wondering why didn't you just say there's a cup on your tray instead of pointing her finger towards another direction in the restaurant that caused confusion but anyhow the food was okay. not enough of a helping . I don't understand why they hire people to work in restaurants that speak broken English and then in addition that they speak quickly making even harder to understand them. I would encourage them to reconsider that in their hiring process.

I've had a number of issues with the accuracy at different times with my to-go order. Today I ordered a meal and a 20 oz bottled drink to go and when I got to my destination and was ready to eat my lunch the 20 oz bottle I ordered was not in the bag. I called the store and requested that I could pick up the 20 oz bottle of Coke on my return trip back to that side of town to go home. The person I talk to on the phone asked me if I had the receipt, and fortunately I did, so it won't be a problem to pick it up later, but she said she would not give it to me without the receipt.
I get to go orders there quite often and I have to really insist that they give me the prepackaged utensils instead of me getting the utensils that are out in the lobby next to the fountain drink machine where everybody has the opportunity to touch them.
The servers often forget sauces such as teriyaki which I get quite often when my grandson gets the rice.
Unfortunately this is not the only restaurant that you have to double check your order before you leave!
I'm not that old but I remember a time where people were more conscientious and there were not so many things falling through the cracks. I miss those times. I'm still not in the habit of checking other people's efficiency but I am getting a lot of practice especially at this panda location!

Mildew! When I walked into this Panda Express, the first thing I noticed was a strong smell of mildew — not exactly what you’d expect when entering a place known for flavorful food. Thankfully, the orange chicken and steamed vegetables I ordered were just as tasty as usual, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

However, the soda fountain was another matter. The water had such an nasty, unpleasant taste that I spit it out immediately. I wanted to scrub my tongue. It’s likely the machine needs a thorough cleaning or a filter replacement. To make matters worse, my sister ordered the Kung Pao chicken and ended up biting into grit not once, but twice. It completely ruined her meal, and she couldn’t finish it.

This location has some serious maintenance issues to address if it wants to match the standards customers expect from the brand.

The food was decent, but missing part of the order.

One part was ½ Fried Rice & ½ White Rice with Honey Sesame Chicken & Black Pepper Chicken. This was an order placed through their app to go. Was missing the Honey Seasame Chicken. The other part of the order, Chow Mein & 2x Honey Sesame Chicken, was correct. How come?

NOT Happy.

This is an interesting concept and the food is decent. The server was a bit snotty with this old man who used Panda for the first time. They should get a dishwasher, serve on real dishes and help the environment.

Gotten food from another Panda Express. They got my order wrong.And this location refuses to fix the order. I understand not their fault. That the order was wrong.But where is the customer service of making it right? Not here! Any other fast food restaurant will fix the order, No matter what location! Will never come back to panda again
