Noticable decline in recent months. The food just isn't even worth the long lines, the diminished quality and quantity at current pricing.The dining room is often in need of attention.No pride and no shame on full display.Parking: Parking can be problematic at this location.

Usually get takeout with their “Bigger Plate” of 3 mains. This evening I had the Black Pepper Chicken and Beef & Broccoli. For the third, I usually get the Teriyaki Chicken which I save for next day’s lunch — warm it up and toss it in with romaine lettuce, any other veggies lurking in the fridge, and P.F. Chang’s ginger dressing for a quick and tasty salad. For the sides I usually do half Chow Mein, half Super Greens and convince myself I’m eating healthy.Takeout at Pandemonium Express is a no-brainer when you don’t want to cook but don’t want to go to a restaurant. The price is right; it’s cheaper than any of the Asian buffets, better and cheaper than any of the other Asian fast food chains, and the quality is consistent with fresh ingredients. It’s also a convenient option when you want to have a get together with friends at your place: everyone just gets their own meal at Panda… no cooking, no serving, no cleanup.

So I got teriyaki chicken on both my bigger plates. But I really want to know why all of a sudden a couple years ago they changed how they did the teriyaki chicken and the sauce you used to get with it in a little cup thing. Now they have to cut it up which they do a horrible job of cause they do not make sure the meat is fully sliced and separate from the others. On top of that now apparently you MUST ask for the sauce for the teriyaki chicken as they never give out sauces period and that's just ridiculous!!! The lady that checked me out barely remembers to ask if I wanted soy sauce!The only thing I can say about almost all of them even when the workers aren't up to par. They food actually taste alright and is hot!Parking: The only thing that I can really give the parking lot any negative comments wouldn't be about the lot itself more the drivers who don't know how to park correctly and almost hit you getting into a parking space

This place has THE WORST MANAGEMENT. We've gone here in the past because the location is convenient and the food is usually decent. Just about every time we have gone, they have a huge line and are majorly understaffed and backed up around dinner time. Tonight was the final straw. We placed an online order in hopes of avoiding a line at 7:20pm (40 minutes before they closed). We got the message that our order was ready for pickup, so we drove over to pick it up (still close to 25 minutes before closing). The restaurant was empty, and the employees were hard at work cleaning all of the serving platers and cooking tools. They were trying to get out of there as early as possible. I said I was there to pick up the order and one of the worker half chuckled and held up one of the boxes and shook it saying that they were basically out of everything. They had clearly been working to close the place from the time we placed our order until I walked through the door and probably much earlier. So I requested a refund which was met with some push back and an excuse that they that they could only give us a slip that would allow us to get food tomorrow (UNBELIEVABLE). I insisted on a refund and finally they issued one. I left empty handed, upset and hungry. I'll never be returning to this location and will be sure to pass this news on to all of the people I know who are in the area. Something needs to change, or this restaurant is going to lose more business than just me.

Manager Karina, and Cook Amanda Salcido are Awesome! They make my family and myself feel so welcomed and loved each time we eat here. The food is seriously delicious and fresh.
