i was in the drive through line for literally 30 minutes, had to wait for several entrees to be made after being told it would be a 10 minute wait - ended up getting parked and waiting an additional 15 minutes just to receive what looked like the scraps from the bottom of the bowl.
this location closes later, i could see if we arrived 10 minutes before close and justify them not having food prepared, but we showed up at 8:20 pm.
my chow mein was pure cabbage, and their new blank angus steak was 2 pieces of steak and the remainder of veggies, i kid you not.
not happy at all.

Just another disappointing example of what has become the new accepted minimal effort, the new norm of customer service in the post pandemic world.
The half filled trays of food looked like old unappetizing reheated left overs. The staff was clearly annoyed, unfriendly and disenfranchised. The overall cleanliness of the entire establishment was clearly neglected. Unfortunately the mess at the soda fountain was apparently going to fix itself since the staff couldn't be bothered to address it.
I used to love this place, but unfortunately Panda has aggressively raised prices, cut quality and reduced it's quantity. Add in unabashed poor customer service and I no longer have any reason to punish myself further with another dismal visit.
Obviously clearly expected when you have zero pride in what you do and zero shame in what you pawn off as acceptable.
Not an establishment that I'll be returning to, nor is it an establishment that l would recommend visiting.

Went through the drive thru. The kids look forward to fortune cookies and none in the bag when I get home. Make sure you ask for everything they just don't throw stuff in the bag anymore. Cost cutting, I'm guessing.

I have gotten sick the last 2 xs I've eaten there. You are not cooking your noodles properly. They are hard and not done at all. So I decided after shopping I'd try again. Got an egg roll so hard couldn't eat it. I was home by then. I'm just so disappointed because we did like it here. You have a great Mgr. Just check your food better. Don't give to go food people the dredges.

Should have read the reviews. food had a old taste, the Angus beef tough as shoe leather no flavor other then heavy seasonings to cover up everything. Food under cooked. I could go on but what good it would do. Oh and they double the donation fee I said yes to one but added a 2nd one. Paid $60.00 for the family meal with a 4th side. So everything was thrown away, what a waste. And when I called to complain after 8 tries to get a person, was laughed at and hunged up on. Sooo sad never again.

Went through drive thru, the speaker is so hard to hear that I didn’t know he told me to wait. The guy Javier told me “I know I’m just waiting for the car in front to take his order.” Like what? Pretty rude when I got to the window, he didnt put soy sauce or anything. Even surprised when I told him thank you and he didn’t say anything back. This is the first time I experienced someone being rude here.
