We used to love eating here or getting takeout to eat at home or the park.. This is sadly not the same quality of food as it used to be, and the prices have increased so much. I refuse to pay more for a lesser quality item.

Out of all the Panda Express' on the east side and mid town I come to this location instead. The staff are great and are always more than helpful. The food is always delicious and hot and the inside is always spotless. You can really tell that the staff care about all the little things...and that is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been coming to panda for years.. sadly, they are now not great quality and the price has sky rocketed. I wouldn’t mind pay the price if it was any good. Literally, every time I’ve been then the past two years I ask for double chow mein and barely get any as if I ordered half/half… the chow mein is also very dry and mainly cabbage so am I paying for chow mein or cabbage? I won’t even talk about the other food quality. I think one of the most annoying things a lot of these places are doing is asking for donations.. #1- panda uses the donations as a tax right off. Makes them even richer while “helping” others..pfttt panda can’t even help their loyal customers with decent food portions and quality food anymore. My last interaction I told the lady no to the donation and she still charged me!!!

Panda Express is hit or miss. Some items are excellent while others are just greasy. They usually get my order wrong which means I have to go back through the drive thru. I hate how when I refuse to make a donation to their charity they still ask me for money a second time.

The reason I gave a 1-star is because during the pandemic they put those massive "now hiring" signs on their restaurants, but one of the hiring managers told me she wasn't going to hire me because I lived on the south side.

It's extremely difficult not to notice the increased cost, the smaller diminished portions and the use of cheaper inferior ingredients.
The trifecta of GREED-FLATION.
All pointing to a willful, deliberate and intentional display of failed guest relations.
The staff is visibly becoming hostile towards guest without cause, it's extremely unwelcoming.
Please try something refreshing and do something different to make me want to eat here Vs. driving everyone away.

Usually I love this place but today. The Beijing beef was dry and old and the noodles were kinda rubbery. The egg rolls were good and so was the orange chicken. Just disappointed.

I love the cream cheese ragoons and Orange Chicken. This is the only one in Tucson let alone that I've ever been to that always has their food hot, fresh, and cooked like it should be- not too spicy and flavorful. I refuse to eat at other Panda Express locations- I'd rather eat McDonald's.

Purchased 2 bowl. One was chow mein and teriyaki chicken. Chow meinand chicken seem to have like no flavor Until veterioki sauce was put on. The other bowl was Fried Rice and Orange Chicken. The Fried Rice tasted like it was right out of the freezer not fresh. The Orange Chicken was good. And they were out of chicken rolls Quite disappointed on my visit.
