The staff were all so sweet, there were so kind to my very social 3 year old even on break they were happy to chit chat! What a collectively lovely bunch they had working when we came in, And the food was good too :)

Do not order small entree containers. They are ridiculously small. The meat in the meals was tough and they charge a premium for the chewy steak. The shrimp was fishy smelling. Overall a bad experience.

I drove 25 miles to get to this Panda Express after checking Google, which showed the store closes at 10:30 PM. I arrived at 10:00 PM, but the doors were already locked. A staff member told me only the drive-thru was open — which is fine — but I explained that I drive a semi truck and can’t go through the drive-thru. I even showed her my truck and politely asked if I could walk through the drive-thru or order at the door since there were no other customers at the time.
She said her manager wouldn’t allow it. I asked again nicely, explaining I came all this way just to eat here, but they still refused.
I understand policies, but a little human understanding and flexibility would’ve made a big difference. I left hungry and disappointed.

I ordered this a the chicken was not cooked. The Cho mein was all cabbage. I tried calling the store because I got home an didn’t eat any of it except for 2 bites. I could not get through to the store :( hopefully management calls me or responds to this email….
