Terrible customer service from Emma, the manager on shift. I hope CORPORATE sees this and does something. Today, I ordered through the drive thru and by the time I got home I realized I was given the wrong food. No issue at all, I live 5 min away. I called to ask if I could come in so they could correct the order, THEIR MISTAKE. I had the receipt and the food as proof I’m not just asking for free food. Emma was extremely rude saying she was not able to correct my order, (their own mistake) and unfortunately she couldn’t do anything. ‘We check the bag before it leaves. I’m sorry the crew members must have missed it because it was busy’ and just hung up on me. if you can’t control a rush hour and blame your employees, (which I think is terrible management throwing your employees under the bus. Not taking ownership, she should be helping her team, not tearing them down) EMMA SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER!!

Panda seems to always hit the mark with quality but the reason I am leaving a review is because there was a issue with our last drive-through order, which we didn’t realize until we got home. I called and spoke with Ruben, who was very professional and apologetic, and went above and beyond to make things right. Customer service such as the kind Ruben provided, doesn’t seem to be as common nowadays and, it was very much appreciated. Corporate should know that this location is in very good hands. Thank you again, Ruben.

This place was great! The food was superb, the bathrooms (and restaurant) were clean, and the service was outstanding. The manager on duty made a point of coming to our table multiple times to ask how our meal was. Can’t say enough good things about this particular fast food establishment. Well done to the managing staff!

We are there last night (12/21) and had amazing service! Food was fresh and fast. Had staff walk around making sure customers were happy with their meals and asking if we needed anything else. They got a rush right after we walked in and handled it very well!

You know I love Panda Express first thing in the morning. You have to get the food when it's fresh off the wok. Panda express is a very corporate environment, so they have rules that you must follow. When it comes to the food being cooked and served, if you are a person that doesn't mind bland food, you're at the right place. That is not an insult because there are many people out there with health issues that can not contain too much sodium, salt, or sugar. So this is the place you want to come to eat.
