I’ve been in the drive through for 30 min. Finally pull up to order and was ask to wait. Unfortunately I should have left before a line formed behind me. Fast food should not take this long at a drive through. It’s fast food, idk what issues they are having but someone please help this store. There cant be any leadership or pride with the service they’re providing.

I have had countless decent, mediocre, even good experiences at Panda Express over the last 20 years. But I would like to give credit where it is due. Last night I came here to pick up some dinner for my parents and I. I believe Teresa was the manager on shift and I can tell you that she ran a smooth one. Every item was full and fresh on the line, it was busy but the crew never skipped a beat. Everyone working was friendly and "feeling it". The dining room was clean and there were lots of diners. It wasn't my fastest experience but it was certainly my most pleasant and the freshest meal I think I've ever ordered.
Could have been perfect timing, could have been the crew, could have been the manager..but all those things together made it perfect for me. Thank you!

I like the panda but the portions vary a lot, they give you very little and several times the rice is very hard
Almost 30 minutes in drive thru. Asked for just soy sauce. Got chili and sweet and sour but no soy sauce

Placed an order in drive thru got home and my order was missing 1 item. I had to call 3 times before anyone answered. I told the server that I was missing 1 item and then another person got on the call asking for my name. She said she looked at the cameras and that my order was complete with all the items I ordered. I asked if she was calling me a liar. She answered that there has to be a misunderstanding. I said no misunderstanding I called because I am missing beijing beef I don't care about your camera. I don't need to lie about missing 1 item. I will never go back to this location after this bad customer service. I am not a liar.

Received sweet and sour chicken and chow mein.I didn't see it till I came home and with it being my lunch hour, I can not go back to complain. Check your orders because these people do not care about being efficient.

20 mins for food when all of it is already precooked and prepared… make it make sense. Not to mention ordering ahead via app. 11/21 ordered @8:48pm not handed to until 9:09pm. Employees have no facial expressions or an ounce of emotion and should honestly all quiet. Probably would operate better after cutting half the staff
