When you order online it is never ready at the time it tells you in the app. I arrived 3 minutes before what the app told me, I waited, asked the staff about my food and I still had to wait 10 minutes after the expected time in the app. all it’s clean

As everyone that has eaten here knows there food is good but today I came here for a door dash was asked to pull around which did not bother me since I did pick up a second order while waiting in line but waited 25 minutes and then pulled back thru the drive thru to be told that the order was ready but that the people working are just not that bright and we'll just straight did not care enough to remember that they had asked me to pull around and bring it out to me must be why this place has a 2.7 rating

This is a busy location, especially around lunchtime, so you might need to plan some extra time before you go. Please be kind to the staff. They are working hard and doing the best they can. Thank you, Karen, for being extremely helpful and caring.

I had a terrible experience at this Panda Express. I placed a mobile order and accidentally selected the wrong pickup time — totally my mistake. I showed up early without knowing I had selected the wrong time frame and politely asked if they could go ahead and make the order since I was already there after driving over 10 minutes. Instead of offering any basic customer service or trying to help, the manager Fernando flat-out refused and told me they wouldn’t make it because I could cancel it after receiving it.

Excuse me? So instead of trusting your customers and providing good service, you’d rather cancel an order someone already paid for and went out of their way to pick up? What kind of logic is that?

I wasn’t rude. I have worked customer service before. I didn’t demand anything. I just asked if the manager Fernando could accommodate me, and instead they treated me like I was trying to scam them. Terrible attitude from Fernando, zero flexibility, and honestly a ridiculous way to treat paying customers.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for two bowls. We finally had to go inside to get their attention. They did comp the food. Going forward we’ll drive further to another location if we want Panda.

I've been to many pandas and they usually are efficient. The girls here seemed to be working hard but there was no leadership. Limes were stagnant. The garbage was all full and on the counter next to the forks. They made us wait for ALL the drive through and, most importantly, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER.
