I ordered Two portions of teriyaki grilled chicken and loin main. The loin main tasted like rotten fish it was so disgusting I even go sick from it. And they don't sell anything with fish or seafood in it. I tried calling Panda Express on Oracle and Limberlost Dr but no one answered the phone. I am not sure if I should contact the health department or not. Or wait till other people that ordered the loin main to get sick. I HIGHLY don't recommend the loin main. I would like a refund but no one answered the phone so I will go there tomorrow and explain and if I don't get refunded I will then call the Health Department on Tuesday

Im not writing on here to throw shade at the company as a whole. Your food is good and atmosphere is alright. But seriously, this might be the slowest freaking restaurant in Tucson. There is no sense of urgency to get food to the customer quickly. I like to get panda for lunch on my break every so often but it usually takes 15-20 minutes to get food after ordering in the drive thru. I gotta stop torturing myself.

There not like the river location I’ll tell u that, the orange chicken is always brownish burnt color taste is not that good chow mein is not the best when I go to river location which is any chance I get there orange chicken is bright orange taste really good I only come to this location because it’s closer kinda and they stay open later than river location so I’d get new night cooks oracle location plz who ever your cook is here sucks

Placed an order online and they parked me because the order wasn't ready. They said they would bring the order out soon as it was ready. Waited 25 minutes in my car just to walk in and have my food sitting on a shelf! I asked how long it was ready and the manager said it just finished..... but my food was cold and I was missing my spring rolls. Highly disappointed 😞 will not go to this location again
Updated review a year later: This is still my favorite location in Tucson. I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and provides excellent customer service.
It can be a busy spot, so sometimes you may have to wait while they make food fresh, but I honestly don’t mind. I’d rather wait a few extra minutes for fresh food than get something that’s been sitting out.
In my experience, this location is better than any other Panda Express in Tucson, and I’ve been to quite a few.

So last night I came to panda and they gave me a wrong order that was shrimp. I came back and told him I was gonna give them their food back because I am allergic to shrimp so I got an allergic reaction so I come back and Crystal tells me that ther No guy name meco that works here so he was just laughing him and his coworker Vanessa, and even the manager laughed when I told her I had allergy reaction because of the dumb name and everything. What kind of managers are they?
