The food is cooked right the chow mein is not burnt like other locations its a busy locations during afternoon hours like from 12pm till 4 pm the food should be up to standards but I have not eaten at this location past that time frame it should still be good cause its at a busy intersection location

Second time I come through the drive thru and service is just horrible. Both times I have gotten the same worker Paola. Both times she has given me attitude, seems like she hates her job and seems annoyed overall. Would not recommend at all, don’t how they still have jobs. Food also takes forever, just horrible service overall.

I ordered through UberEats & I guess the server felt entitled to “add” a little red box of “extra” grilled chicken when I was supposed to get a 2 entree of grilled chicken served on the “bigger plate” because I in fact ordered the BIGGER PLATE which is supposed to have 3 ENTREES, and I ordered 2 grilled teriyaki chicken” ENTREES & One “Hot Orange Chicken” entree for the BIGGER PLATE. And they also forgot to include ONE packet of teriyaki sauce that I requested. i will not be ordering the “Bigger Plate” for delivery anymore.

This was my very first experience at Panda Express. I went through the drive-thru. The food has ZERO flavor and I was sorely disappointed to the point of throwing a $10 order away. Never again

We arrived at 10:42pm late night snack and the girl with the headset came out to Throw trash with another guy and she advised they were closed and hours were wrong. Online it says 11pm please correct hours if this is the case !

Went to panda for dinner with my family on a Saturday night, about 9pm. Would NOT go back. Customer service was horrible, the girls looked like they were in a bad mood I don’t know if it was because we were going at 9pm, no food was ready, they just wanted us out the door. Did not welcome, no smile, felt like we were a bother. Not welcoming at all. Would not go back to this location. Lady that served us was sierra I believe her name was.

I paid at 7:10 pm and I received my food at 7:28 at the drive thru!!
I kept honking to get someone’s attention so I could just get reimbursed and leave and they would look up and not come to the window. They weren’t even busy prior to me arriving! Nothing too crazy.

Doors are locked at 9:30, so you’ll need to use the drive thru, even if it’s a mobile pickup.

drive thru was horrible , waited forever to get our order taken, once we were gonna order they left again, didn’t want to help with orders, line was forming and they were just sitting around. never again. there was also like 0 food items left to get?? how??

This new place is awesome and has good management and food was fresh and they give a good amount. Very impressed with this store unlike the one on Oracle and Limberlost
