drive thru was horrible , waited forever to get our order taken, once we were gonna order they left again, didn’t want to help with orders, line was forming and they were just sitting around. never again. there was also like 0 food items left to get?? how??

The best Panda I've been to. They're very attentive when ordering, and they even offer discounts and promotions using their rewards program. I've never experienced someone checking on us while eating to ask how everything is and offering more sauces or cookies. The service here is excellent!

Food and Service was alright, but they asked me in the drive thru if I wanted to round up for charity, which I said that's fine. Why then did they up the cost of my order to 14 dollars for a bowl and rangoons? Because instead of rounding up, they charged me 2.48 of donation money. I get it's for a good cause but rounding up is not 2.48, when it should've been like 50 cents. Just annoying

Arrived at 9:40PM they made me wait and said items were limited understandably they’re closing but then made me wait and at 9:52PM said they only had orange chicken (1! Item). Crazy how management doesn’t care their employees don’t care about customers and just want to hurry and lock the doors by 10:00PM if that’s the case they should update closing time.
