Paula was so sweet filling orders to go. I forgot to request something in the app and she gladly provided it to me. I tried to take the survey, but I didn’t have a survey code and then I didn’t have the second form of completing the survey because it was an online order I’m assuming but the time I picked up my order was 6:14 PM 1129 2025 at store On Cambell Closest Cross St., Fort Lowe

Haven't been to a Panda in many years but now with Chinese restaurants charging $15 for an order of fried rice, I decided to try it. Food was delicious, not greasy and kung pao was nice and spicy. I also liked that you can get a smaller portion of food. Definitely going back again. Honestly much better than many Chinese restaurants.

Delivered food for here, they accused me of stealing the order. The employees forgot to check the bag, everything was on camera. contact me for order details. My issue was fixed but your staff should do better about their work ethic and stop blaming drivers for their poor order accuracy.

Horrible customer service. Lady’s bagging food have horrible attitudes. No protein options everything had wait time for cooking. Fried rice tasted like old wet rag. Will not be going to this location again has lost my business

Use to really like this one but I'm not sure what happened to it but they don't make the same size platters as they use to and not very friendly took a while to get the 2 meals I ordered and it was not freshly made sadly. They didn't have nothing left to choose from and when I asked if they were closing soon they . Not for another 1 1/2 hours seemed like they were more worried about cleaning up to go home then to worry about the customer that were coming in .

Perhaps my favorite place in Tucson, between 5 guys and 2 hands.... Maybe eaten here once. It was fine. But it's nothing compared to the ambiance of being between 5 guys and 2 hands... I come in to sit and enjoy being between them again
They always my sauces and it's really that I have to go home and then come back all the way to the panda express for my sauces.

Arrived at the store. Workers were making DoorDash orders ignoring the customers who came inside. While waiting, watch people from DoorDash Come in and get service all while I'm still getting ignored.It's clear that this store cares more about DoorDash Orders than the customers that come inside

Came when they were supposed to be open on a Sunday. They were not open even though it was 10:30 and the sign said 10am. It also says 10am online.
This was on April 27th 2025.
