Great spot for Chinese food

The worst service by a manager at Campbell and Glenn her name is crystal and I have nothing but problems with this manager on one occasion I got they impossible orange chicken and it was so hard inside either from reheating day after day or over cooked so when I came in the next time and asked if I could try before I bought because of the previous circumstances she said no I had to buy to try, i then asked if I bought and it was below suitable standards could I get a refund she said no it's how it is . Then today I got a half portion because I had entree at a different location and it was fresh and not dried out under sauce and breading ( and at Crystal's store today they had to prepare right then because there was none on the line, it was fresh and completely good , unlike previous purchase of at that location), today my order was $18.26 the cashier accidentally pushed sale button after I gave my 20$ bill but before I could even say and here is the 26 ¢ so I took my 26,,¢ that was still in my hand and took the 74¢ out from dispenser tray and gave to cashier asking for a paper dollar she put on top of register drawer ,( because she had already closed drawer,) went to crystal the manager and asked her to open drawer, crystal came to me at register and said no we don't make change , I said you have my dollar ,she then picked it up ( the change and I did not take and asked for a paper dollar , she then just dropped on the floor, so I then just asked for a refund ( I was still waiting for my food because there was no impossible orange chicken prepared when i arrived ( I do suspect because they don't sell enough of and reheat day after day,, definitely tasted that way on original purchase of item) she denied refunding me, and after such an interaction with a horrible manager I was deserving of proper service and did not get, I know I'm not they only one who will not ever again enter a panda express because of such a bad experience with that particular manager.

I have to say the food, customer service, and atmosphere of this staff here at this location was excellent and awesome. What got my attention was the Beautiful Team Leader was Monica. I think she really deserves the manager position. Because she knows how to execute a situation quick to may the customer more happier; her personality and professionalism is on point in my opinion. However, I'll be coming back here just cause of Monica. Thank you so much Monica I really appreciate it.

DON'T order onlinr and expect the same GREAT service when you walk in. A very weak link in the Panda Express armour is their online service. IF the food isn't ready DONT text the customer that it is! Then don't show the customer the frozen bag of shrimp your going to drop in the fryer. I'm astonished by this rude behavior and to offer a snark smile as you look at the other employees as you "thank me for my feedback" (classic corporate sponsored blow-off). 180 degrees different when you walk in! Simply astonishing! I would have accepted ANY excuse but when none is offered and NO empathy, it bewilders me that PE would hire rhe likes Chrystal and Samara without training them for such frequent rudeness. Seems the only way to be appreciated as a customer is to walk in and dine in restaurant. This was posted after deep thought! Sorry team, poor service and not a one-off!

Crystal and aileen were very kind and efficient even during a busy rush. Kitchen staff has fresh food coming up as soon as it ran out. Very good team here!

after waiting forEVER to get our food, they didn’t even have the decency to check the order before handing it to us and missed our spring rolls. then when we called they didn’t pick up. Terrible service. These people don’t know how to do their job.

THIS LOCATION DOESN'T LIKE ONLINE ORDERS
I placed an online order around 445 pm I received a text at 510pm letting me know it was time to pickup my order. I got to the location at 520pm my daughter well it's not ready and we wait, 35 min goes bye and we check in and the rude lady said with a smirk we dont have any chicken and then I ask well how long does it take she said 15 min and said what hell ive been waiting 35 min you could habe cooked chicken twice by now. She said sarcastically do you want raw chicken. WOW 😳 really is this how you treat people that have an online order? Even this other lady waiting, said this was her first time placing an online order and it took forever for her order as well.This place has no concern for the online orders. The only thing they seem to care about are the other people walking through the door. Never again will I spend money here.
I CAN SEE IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO KNOWS ABOUT THE HOW RUDE THIS PLACE IS. READ THE REVIEWS IT TELLS YOU ALL ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

This is BY FAR the worst Panda in Tucson. The staff just ignore you and leave you standing around forever, then act like it’s an inconvenience to do their jobs. They’re more concerned with doing their side work and leaving….at 5 pm.

This location opens up at 9:30 a.m says on the window, and it wasnt open, I had my order cancelled because they were atill closed Uber. Very irresponsible of them.
