What's the point in placing your online order to pick up at a specified time and then have to wait 30 mins after that time to get the food.No offer to substitute the items they were waiting on, my food got cold while waiting. The ladies working didn't seem concerned they had a customer unhappy and waiting and did nothing but give a look when asked how much longer. And other customers could hear everything being said.Mind you I ordered 20mins ahead of time, got there on time as quoted online, 5min later got the text my food is ready. Which it wasn't, and about 10 people, other pick up orders and walking orders were in and out the door no problem.

Ordered teriyaki chicken, no teriyaki sauce. Ordered on door dash. Said they're not ALLOWED to send sauces.. wait what? But if I ordered from Panda itself, I would have gotten it.

Came in for lunch with a gift card. Balance was checked via their website beforehand, 25 dollars, check. About to get an app then the server and cashier started talking about how they heard a secret shopper was here. Also, almost all rice and only 6 or 7 pieces of orange chicken in my bowl?Went to pay with my gift card and the cashier was so checked out I told her it was a gift card multiple times and she kept insisting I insert my card because swiping isn't allowed. Showed her my card and she still told me it didn't work. I asked to check the balance and she ignored me and kept checking the door. She asked me if I wanted sauce about 3 times even though I answered her each time.

The service was okay. The manager kept asking the same question of what I wanted and I told her each time. She just wouldn't stop for a sec and listen. She also didn't put very much food in. Gave me a little less than a scoop of each thing I asked for. Not going to waste my money at that location again

Purchased a catering order from this Panda Express. The staff went above and beyond, and the order was perfect! If google could give 6 out of 5 stars I would select it.Parking: Easy access and lots of spots available.

Love Panda Express food but this location is REALLY stingy about the protein. They always give me way too much rice or noodles in comparison to maybe 5-8 pieces of orange chicken.
