Online orders are never ready on time and I should never receive a text telling me my order is ready when it is not. Employees are poorly trained and mismanaged. This ends up with entrées running out, staff standing around chatting and orders be messed up. Which I experience all of these issues while waiting for my food. Hope this location gets these problems sorted out or I’ll soon be taking my business elsewhere.

Place is trash food was old as hell after I asked for fresh food I wasn’t served more then 3 fresh pieces of the fresh batch never coming to this location again

Sign says they open at 10, at 10:15 we are knocking on door. We get inside and they don't have over half the food ready. People turned around and left. Egg rolls were luke warm. They just don't seem to care.

Jesus the manager at this location at 8:30pm served me hot fresh food. And Cruz the customer service she had with people ahead as well as me was PERFECT! we understand that it gets busy even food you have to make, but when the employees understand this and offer hey would you like a drink for wait that little kindness is why I come back it was Made right From a previous experience here SHOUT OUT TO JESUS, CRUZ AND Carla for her skills on the WoK! But to them I appreciate it so much of understanding the time for the customers.

When you order shrimp you get moreau this panda then all the panda 🐼 I been too. Great Customer service and fast. Monica v was polite and friendly

I am recovering from a surgery and on crutches and was going to just grab food to go but Natalie V was so kind and helpful with me ordering and then bringing my drink and food to the table for me with napkins and silverware! She came back after few minutes later to check on me and see if I needed anything and was doing ok! She went above and beyond and I really appreciated her kindness and patience! Thank you!

Order online and have it delivered or pick up in person. The amount of food you get for a plate most likely depends on the mood of the server. A white person will get more than people of colors. The plate of the giy in front of me was loaded. I received significantly less and will address it next time
