I explicitly ordered Beijing Beef, Honey Sesame Chicken, and Fried Rice, and my mom ordered Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Fried Rice. We even went ahead and ordered a 2-in-1 entree. However, we were appalled to see that the workers served us less chicken on our plates. When we asked them why they gave us less Beijing Beef than we expected, the worker told us that's all they were giving us, and refused to make any changes. We are highly dissatisfied with our order and we plan on going to another Panda Express that can fulfill our order with the portions we paid for.

Terrific kind and caring service! Very fast! All the food in the walks was very fresh and delicious! Sometimes you might go to a Panda Express and they've kind of left the bottom of the barrel there and you get these gross scrapings. Not here! I looked closely at each and every bowl and item and they were all fresh, moist- so delicious looking! The staff was very courteous and polite. The facilities were incredibly clean! Everybody looked very happy and as though they were thoroughly enjoying their meals. Great atmosphere! I love panda express! I really love this panda express! Bonus- beautiful staff!Parking: Very spacious parking, lots of handicap spaces, handy accessible sidewalk, and handy accessible restaurant.Kid-friendliness: I mean, who doesn't love my beautiful son? I was missing more then a few of my orders and then when I tried to call the shop so we can fix it no one answered my calls to get it fixed I’m still calling and it’s been an 1hr and 30 mins and still no answer from anyone then I tried calling another panda so see what I can do about this situation and was told that they’re separately owned meaning no one can help me width my missing orders in a professional business, you should always answer the phone, not letting it ring for over an hour
