They allowed me to pay for food that wasn't ready, and stated that it would take 7 minutes to prepare. After almost twice that time, I asked for my money back because I had to leave then. They then checked in the kitchen for a couple more minutes before returning my money.

They gave me a completely different order then what I asked for. A misshap such as this is completely unacceptable and reflects terrible service, training and leadership.
They don't have all the dishes prepared and ready to serve, they don't have soda refills like all the pandas, I don't recommend it at all

I showed up asked for a plate with veggies said it was a 2 minute wait ended up being a 10 minute wait. The fact that they are charging .53 for refills was even more ridiculous to me. I won't be buying from them again not at this location anyway.
