This place has no consistency. One week they offer discounts the next week they don’t. We were here last week and the guy in front of us was worried he might not have enough to pay and he asked for the cheapest thing on the menu. Then he asked if they military discount and they said yes if he had an ID. Which he did and he was so happy because he had enough money for his food. Why the long story you ask, well today I asked for the military discount and the girl who checked us out “Mei” said we don’t have that. I told her they offered it last week and asked if she could ask, she just said “yeah no, we don’t have that here” :(

It’s just disturbing that we always get just a little bit of the actual entree really only 5 small size broccoli and like 5 tiny pieces of beef Im very patient and forgiving and let stuff go most of the time but today this is just ridiculous!
Quite expensive for what you get and call these and meet at times is like cheering on a chunk of rubber lately it's gotten better. They need to work on the quality of me instead of that bargain basement proteins that they buy to sell
The rudest workers I ever met they got mad because I accidentally pulled forward without confirming my order . So they didn’t give me the portions correctly had me wait for 15 minutes had to go inside to get my food . Was all rude in side laughing trying to be funny thought what they were doing was acceptable . Never again.

Just came here and we asked for 2 bigger plates. I repeated myself twice through the drive thru. The lady had a hard accent so I think we understood eachother at the beat. We seive up to the window and she gives us one plate. I told her two. She gives me 2 plates. Im thinking they're the bigger plates that we ordered. Then I asked hpw much are the Rangoons. They said a 1.50 per order. So I ordered 2 of those. Then I realized they gave me two plates and not 2 bigger plates. So I went inside to pay for the difference to get my third entree and they told me no. I come here atleast twice a week but no more. I tried to Then order a bowl of Beijing beef and the lady doesn't even feel up the bowl. I know they don't care however they can atleast try to appreciate someone paying more to get food from here.
Food is good but when you spend 10 dollars for a bowl I expect my entree to be half of the bowl not all rice and 4 pieces of chicken it's crazy

I like panda Express I like all the Chinese food that you guys have to offer but of course just like a couple weeks ago when panda Express got ordered by my mom we expected a medium size plate with orange chicken veggies two eggrolls and two fortune cookies but last time when we ordered from panda express we received one huge plate of orange chicken one egg roll and one fortune cookie in a long time before we had an order with orange chicken chow mein veggie two eggrolls and two fortune cookies but of course none of the fortune cookies had pieces of paper in them what is going on with you I am reading you guys three stars three Point 5 stars four stars with the service three stars for the four stars three stars for this service five stars for the food four stars for the atmosphere and a couple more things I hope that you can improve next time I am reading you guys 3.6 stars I hope you guys can improve next time when we order from you guys
This has to be in the top 5 worst panda restaurants in Arizon...Everytime I have went there and got the teriyaki chicked they always put the sauce in the bag like it supposed to but then when they forget it and I call ND ask about it the manager suddenly changes the policy to where I was supposed to ask for it...the place is a joke and it's worth driving a little further to get way better service than this place and it I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would

My experience here was surprising because they usually never forget anything. I went through drive though and ordered a bigger plate my extra entree was missing so I drove back to ask for it I wasn’t upset I know sometimes we can be so busy things like this happen and the lady at the cash register was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience even offering me an extra side to make up for the inconvenience which I thought exceeded expectations. I am thankful for the extra entree because they didn’t have to offer it plus I know that’s something they did to be kind. The food was delicious you can tell it was freshly made. The customer service is always great. I would recommend.
