Would have been 5 stars for atmosphere but as military we are shocked there's not a discount as they are so close to base. Almost all Panda Expresses give a modest 5 or 10% discount. This location is next to DMAFB where we're staying.

So, I go in and I’m in a short line to pick up my mobile order for my wife. I notice the other people at the cashier pick their orders up just fine. No questions were asked to them. Then when I came up to register, the cashier needed ALL THE DETAILS of my order. I needed to spell out the entire name of my wife and her our last name initial, and I needed to provide the phone number for the order. They even messed up the order. This panda express will absolutely discriminate against you and screw up your order. I don’t recommend this location at all!

Very friendly employees greet you when you come in makes extra if they don't have what you asked for they give you like a 10 minute wait and give you a free drink they go out of their way to help you could you use cleaning in their parking lot and fix their lighting in their parking lot

Do not dine in or go inside to order your food. You will literally order food before whoever in the drive through orders the same thing after you. They will give it all to the person in the drive through and make you wait 10 minutes for the next batch. Might as well of done the drive through. Araella or whatever her name was rude and couldn't give you the time of day. Definitely drive to the next closest one if you can!!

The food portions and quality are exceptional at best. However I am giving this restaurant a 2 star for a different reason. I regularly visit this location, and unfortunately my most recent visit was the 5th time that I was asked to confirm extra information besides my name to pick up my OWN order through the Panda Express app. I understand that delivery theft is common, but a paying customer should not be interrogated about sensitive details like a phone number during their pick-up. If I hadn't remembered number that's no longer in use attached to my order, would I have not received my food? It is a needless and terrible procedure paired with mediocre service. Unacceptable. Besides this, staff friendliness, speed of service, and cleanliness of the restaurant are good.
