Panda Express food is always good at this location. However some of the servers appear as though they hate their job lol! Some are nice and sweet. Sometimes this place runs out of orange chicken and regular sides past 10pm so dont go here late because they might run out of food you want.

So I came in asking how they cooked their chow mein and this little girl right here I promise you little girl is very freaking rude. She had a tone of a grown woman telling me if you don’t like it then you don’t have to eat here little girl I’m asking you how it’s made and best believe I will be back in the morning to talk to the manager. This Delilah or Delilah girl is very rude and I come here all the time and I’ve never experienced such a place like this. This is my home Panda Express and for her to be that rude to customers is a no go for me.
I will say that the manager Anna handed it very very well and she did take over the situation before that girl to speak out of town to customers best believe if she doesn’t make me wanna come back, but I will be there in the morning to speak to the head boss. Make sure you don’t order from this little girls since she wants to talk grown and be rude.

We wait for the food to be cooked, then we waited longer time, the girl kept telling us that she be right with us so many times that we just left, she was more concerned about the online orders and the drive through the we just had enough! Bad service, I give two more stars to food, because I didn’t try it! So disappointed with the customer service

Staff acted truly annoyed that l bothered them by supporting their business. Face to face customers inside are ignored as priority seemingly goes entirely to the drive thru crowd.
Food while abundant, wasn't the freshest and appeared old and tired, past it's prime. Portion control seemed shockingly aggressive leaving me questioning any future interaction here based on pricing Vs. value. The lack of a military discount while directly across from the base isn't making me feel the love. To say that l never felt welcomed and certainly never felt valued is a gross understatement.
Dining room tables were mostly dirty and needed serious attention but apparently the staff never steps foot from behind the counter. I quickly learned that if you want a clean table you'll need to volunteer and do it yourself as the paid staff is too important to be bothered with enhancing anything to do with guest relations.
Certainly not my best visit, overall I left dissatisfied in the food and the experience, so l truthfully have no plans on ever returning.

Gone down hill significantly. The blonde hair, blue eyed white girl needs to learn to give better portions. Disappointed. Too expensive to still be hungry!

the staff here is always kind and hard working. i find that this location always has their food, especially the honey sesame chicken, cooked to perfection.

Would have been 5 stars for atmosphere but as military we are shocked there's not a discount as they are so close to base. Almost all Panda Expresses give a modest 5 or 10% discount. This location is next to DMAFB where we're staying.

I absolutely love the concept (at other locations).
Over priced low quality food. Serving sizes are chimpy with lame indifferent rude staff.

So when I walked in they were low on all the food and nobody was in the back cooking it literally took them 20 minutes to make fried rice
