Karla did an absolute amazing job with her customer skills. Her boss did as well. I did not catch his name. He probably told me his name, but I forgot but both of them had a great customer service. I haven’t been greeted like this in a while at panda on Oracle and today I was craving some panda and I’m glad I came by because the customer service was fantastic. Please keep it up. It felt wonderful being greeted.

We ordered 20 something dollars worth of food and as he was getting ready to hand me the food I asked him again for some sauces. When we got home there were none. We also ordered white rice twice. I repeated that but we got fried rice.

I received my delivery order of teriyaki chicken, but there is no teriyaki sauce!!!! So basically I got a GrubHub $35 lunch and only got to enjoy half of it!! Their teriyaki sauce is delicious but I don't get any today..... just threw out the chicken as it was tasteless. Had more noodles in my fried rice than rice.... just not as appetizing as it used to be. The employees better get a job elsewhere cuz this place will probably go out soon. Especially since Raising Cane is so close! Panda cannot compare, just help Raising Cane get more customers with their lack of conscientious good service.

Incorrect order, everything was messily slopped into our boxes, mixed veggies were over-salted, and our orange chicken was way more batter than chicken, doughy inside, and the sauce tasted wrong. Won't be going anymore, it's gone too far downhill.

Disappointing portion sizes for protein. Ask for extra Portion of protein for my meal and it still was disappointing. Also I got mixed veggies and it was pretty much all broccoli. I don't mind broccoli But a variety would be nice.
