Ordered bagels thru Grub Hub. They were stale and hard. Bagels are supposed to be soft and chewy.Stick to what you know best. BREAD. Because that is just what these were. And don't sell garbage to people. Food is costly enough. This was a big slap in the face!

Been coming here for a long while now since my job has me going everywhere and this is one of the few spots I can chill until my next shift.The staff is super friendly! Always with the excellent customer service.
The staff here is especially awesome! From the counter to the back. I don't know all the names, in time I'm sure I will but let me say that Jessica has been a special spot of sunshine and always has a smile to welcome everyone. There is ine person who worked the counter the last time that I was there. I did not catch her name or shed get some representation here as well! love to eat here. I especially love the soup, the cinnamon bagels and the sweet cinnamon rolls(whatever they are called!)
Very low quality food, poor service, forgetting items with out order, told to go get missing toppings ourselves from kitchen, told to go get take out boxes ourselves from kitchen, cleaning and closing an HOUR before close, and worst of all..... ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE!!!!! $70 for 3 of us to order a sandwich and soup each, no drinks. How is this place in business???

I’ve always have their tomato soup in my hardest and lowest days after dental surgery, sleepless nights trying to move by myself or just not feeling great. It gave me such greatfulness food is always packed carefully and fresh just so thankful had to call and tell them but figured I should include it on here too!! Totally worth it like getting a school lunch packed by mom. Tomato soup , grilled cheese , tuna sandwich and salads also their chili and chicken noodle soup

Great bagels, should plan better when catering takes 90 percent of the begals in the store to have more, they only had 6 begals left after catering took the stock, this was around 9am in the morning, however begals here are

Sadness, sadness, oh sadness. How I was looking forward to trying one of Panera's flatbread pizzas -- because they look so good on the app! A good flatbread pizza can be very satisfying and that is what I was hoping to have on this visit.Well. Not so much. If you're looking for "FlavorTown" with the pepperoni flatbread pizza, then you won't find it here. It's the most flavorLESS flatbread pizza I've ever had. The crust had no flavor. The sauce had no flavor. The pepperoni had no flavor. And the cheese had no flavor. Weird. Very weird. You'd expect that combo to be very flavorful and satisfying, but ... no. Sadness.In addition, the Lemon Drop Cookie had barely any lemon flavor at all. Again, no FlavorTown here. I guess the Diet Pepsi was OK.As for the service, there was none. I ordered online and came to eat in. I went to the pickup counter and there was my order, but nobody said hello or acknowledged I was there. I just took the food and found a seat to eat the gooey mess.The place isn't much for ambiance, either. I didn't hear any music playing. That would have been nice. Anyway, just sadness on this visit.
