I've order three times from them for delivery and twice they dropped the ball. The first time they added tomatoes to a sandwich which I had said no tomatoes. The third time I ordered a soup and half sandwich and they forgot the half sandwich.

We tried Panera a week ago while we were on our way to California, food was delish and everyone was welcoming customers with a smile.
We decided to visit this Panera location for a breakfast date. It's unfortunate that our experience was not a great one. Food was cold, coffee tasted like water, when we asked for our coffee cups or we asked where we placed our dirty dishes team members were annoyed.

I get the unlimited drink sip club. I love the hibiscus tea. Parking at this location is somewhat hard to come by.

First, let me say that I LOVE Panera food, BUT....DO NOT place an online order for delivery from this location unless you want to starve! I have ordered online (through the Panera website) from this location 3 times and every single time I get an estimated delivery time and then don't get my delivery for 1-1 1/2 HOURS past the original estimated time. Today I NEVER GOT my order, they use Door Dash for deliveries and 3 separate drivers went and attempted to pick up my order but somehow never got it (how hard can it be to prepare a sandwich and cup of soup?!). When I called the store they told me the manager can cancel it tomorrow.....not sure how that works, I guess my order will just show up in their system tomorrow and they will just never prepare it? If you are hungry, do yourself a favor and order from somewhere that will actually prepare your order so it can get picked up and delivered.

Panera Bread always delivers a great experience! I picked up a Ciabatta Cheesesteak, a four-pack of cinnamon rolls, and some Kitchen Sink cookies, and everything was spot on.
The cinnamon rolls seem to have a new recipe, and everyone in my group loved them. The Kitchen Sink cookie was noticeably moister than the chocolate chip cookies I got last week, so that will definitely be a go-to from now on.
The order pickup process was smooth and effortless—I just walked in, went straight to the Rapid Pick-Up counter, and my order was ready to go. Plus, they sent a notification to my phone letting me know when it would be ready, which made the whole process seamless.
Great food, easy pickup, and a solid experience overall. I’ll definitely be back!
Greetings American society. Just letting you know this Panera is absolutely marvelous. It is large and roomy has excellent seating in a mixed atmosphere of travelers students professors and local faults as well . The food is excellent as you would expect from Panera a welcome break from the regular old Starbucks thing. The folks in the night crew a group of totally polite Young folks. Thanks for your hospitality see you on the flip side. This Panera comes highly recommended when visiting AU main gate .

Walk in order to go, but they don’t double check the order to make sure the order is complete. When you call to get it corrected they say sorry but we can’t do anything about it, they can’t even issue a refund…? Perhaps I should cancel the credit card transaction and not even pay for the part I did get. I feel cheated and robbed.
