I donāt eat here often but now I will never eat here again. There was one employee in particular that was so rude. I almost wanted to leave. She wasnāt wearing a hairnet when she bagged my sandwich and when I got home in my sandwich, wrapper was a dark curly piece of hair. I tried calling the store, but the store didnāt answer and by that time I had to go back to work. I cannot believe this happened. Iāve decided that tomorrow Iām going to file a report because this store clearly needs to be audited if there is safety and food handling I highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat The store is not sanitary, and the employee with braces was so rude. I recommend it somewhere else.

I went on a Sunday morning and the staff was extremely nice and attentive. The food was a little off tasting but the beautiful young lady at the counter said she would remake it. Overall nice Panera near the university.

Extremely rude service. Came in for a pickup order on 7/9 and was met with hostility. No welcome or acknowledgement until I said I was there for a pickup order. After that whoever was on expo rudely asked me āfor yourself or deliveryā and my order was basically shoved to me⦠will not be coming back here

Cole answered the phone and was an awesome representation of Panera. I needed my soup to be less chunky and he was ready to assist and went above to make sure I got what I asked for.

I looked at the reviews before coming and still wanted to give these employees the benefit of the doubt as I work in customer service aswell. Upon walking in they have a sign on the door printed out that they close at 7 when the store hours online say 9 ( very unprofessional). Not knowing that they close in 30 minutes I walk in and order food, immediately Iām yelled at that food will be taken Togo. I was confused as their dining room was not empty and plenty of customers were sitting down eating. I understood that it was to go and went to go fill my drink as I love their green tea. It is barley 6:35 and all of their dispenser drinks are being emptied to be re used the next day. I bought $30 worth of food with soups and bread bowls and it was all crammed into a medium bag which ended up ripping on my walk back to the car. It was already 6:55 at this point and their doors were closed not able to remake my food. Panera will no longer receive my money

I've order three times from them for delivery and twice they dropped the ball. The first time they added tomatoes to a sandwich which I had said no tomatoes. The third time I ordered a soup and half sandwich and they forgot the half sandwich.
love the salads!

We tried Panera a week ago while we were on our way to California, food was delish and everyone was welcoming customers with a smile.
We decided to visit this Panera location for a breakfast date. It's unfortunate that our experience was not a great one. Food was cold, coffee tasted like water, when we asked for our coffee cups or we asked where we placed our dirty dishes team members were annoyed.
I get the unlimited drink sip club. I love the hibiscus tea. Parking at this location is somewhat hard to come by.
They were about to close and were very impatient with us. So, we left. We wanted to try something different but we were rushed so we didn't order anything.
Not a particularly great place to go for a meal. Food just ok. Service not great. Seating area not that good.
Good. No issues..
