I have been to Pangea a couple times with friends and I have noticed that the manger Helyann is polite to certain customers while to others she is plain rude. This is an act of discrimination. Such as we had an incident today 03/18/2022 where my friend was in the omelet station and the manager went up to him and straight up asked for his receipt and accused him of not paying… while with the other customers she was not doing this. Pangea is a buffet-style place to eat on campus. It's a flat rate fee for all you'd like to eat. There were at the expected stations: pizza, Mexican, barbecue? And one that was more of a DIY. I ended up leaning towards the barbecue and felt it was subpar. My pulled pork was quite cold, while my Mac and cheese were a bit congealed. Overall, the options felt quite limited, and the quality was not great.

Good buffet for UA students as well as the general public. It is located on campus, so if you drive here you may have trouble finding a place to park. The drink is included with the buffet and it has some great items. Not as much variety as other buffets in town, but still good nonetheless. I love the pasta station as well as the mashed potatoes.
