This location constantly gets orders wrong- pizzas are missing toppings that are clearly printed on the label and wings go out with minimal to no sauce. Order from another location if you can!

I had a great experience with the place , staff was friendly and polite , had my order done promptly and the pie was great.

Pizza was the best I’ve had in a while! Service was amazing thanks to Sean! He was such a great person will definitely always want to order pizza from this location all the time satisfied with the pizza and service I received and again THANK YOU SEAN!

They don't use gloves I watched the prep wipe his head and then toss the doe with the same hand will never eat at papa John's again.

Sent me the wrong pizza. I ordered the Hawaiian and got a pepperoni instead. A complete lack of quality control.

Imagine going into a place and greeted with a smile and personable people. Imagine getting your pizza home and having the best pizza you've ever tasted. These two are Shawn and Ashley. They went the extra mile to make sure I left happier then when I came in. Going to start going to pick up my pizza instead of delivery. You two keep up the good work. And thank you so much!!

Easy to find. Clean inside and greeted upon entry as well. Smelled good inside too. No dining room. Cashier was quick and got the ZA out quickly.

Papa John's is my favorite pizza place to eat at I like there sauce and the do out enough on it unlike some other places. And they do have food prices.

I hope you like DoorDash! I’ve ordered from here about a dozen times. Out of those deliveries only one was delivered by an employee, the rest were all DoorDash. I tried leaving big tips, paying in cash, leaving friendly notes, and none of it matters because PJ hates their customers and employees.

The nerve of charging $20 for a pizza and a $6 delivery fee, and you don’t even get a real pizza delivery driver.

For starters, one star because i can’t give it zero stars. Waited an extra 40 minutes for my pizza after it said it was ready. Also the employees proceeded to give everyone else their orders before me even though I’d been waiting for a long time already. After talking to the employee they asked everyone else what they were there for and ignored me. Horrible customer service and to top it off the pizza was still not cooked all the way and cold

Dear Papa John’s Team,

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to your store on [insert date and approximate time]. I waited at the register for about 20 minutes to check on my order status. During this time, a staff member was standing in front of me, and I attempted to get his attention approximately 20 to 30 times. Despite this, he did not acknowledge me. I even moved beside him in hopes of being noticed, but he still did not respond or assist me.

Eventually, I discovered that my food had been ready for about 10 minutes. By the time it was handed to me, it had already gotten cold.

While I understand that busy moments happen, I feel that the lack of acknowledgment and communication was unprofessional and left me disappointed. I’d appreciate it if you could address this with your team to ensure better service in the future.
