Papa Johns Pizza

Easy to find. Clean inside and greeted upon entry as well. Smelled good inside too. No dining room. Cashier was quick and got the ZA out quickly.

Papa John's is my favorite pizza place to eat at I like there sauce and the do out enough on it unlike some other places. And they do have food prices.

I hope you like DoorDash! I’ve ordered from here about a dozen times. Out of those deliveries only one was delivered by an employee, the rest were all DoorDash. I tried leaving big tips, paying in cash, leaving friendly notes, and none of it matters because PJ hates their customers and employees.

The nerve of charging $20 for a pizza and a $6 delivery fee, and you don’t even get a real pizza delivery driver.

For starters, one star because i can’t give it zero stars. Waited an extra 40 minutes for my pizza after it said it was ready. Also the employees proceeded to give everyone else their orders before me even though I’d been waiting for a long time already. After talking to the employee they asked everyone else what they were there for and ignored me. Horrible customer service and to top it off the pizza was still not cooked all the way and cold

Dear Papa John’s Team,

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to your store on [insert date and approximate time]. I waited at the register for about 20 minutes to check on my order status. During this time, a staff member was standing in front of me, and I attempted to get his attention approximately 20 to 30 times. Despite this, he did not acknowledge me. I even moved beside him in hopes of being noticed, but he still did not respond or assist me.

Eventually, I discovered that my food had been ready for about 10 minutes. By the time it was handed to me, it had already gotten cold.

While I understand that busy moments happen, I feel that the lack of acknowledgment and communication was unprofessional and left me disappointed. I’d appreciate it if you could address this with your team to ensure better service in the future.

What a joke! Ordered one pizza and a 2 liter soda. Order says it was delivered but got no pizza (we have cameras, nobody came to the door). I called and first of all I expected an apology, did not get one! They couldn’t find my order and who ever answered the phone was very defensive! She says sometimes they leave it outside. I clearly told her My instructions said hand the pizza off to me. She decided to make excuses so I was like ok well regardless what are we gonna do about this!? Offered to remake it or refund me! I asked for it to be remade, but also asked if I was truly gonna get my order. The answer was… I can’t promise anything, we hand it off to DoorDash and we are done with it! I expect the order to be remade, delivered correctly and refunded! Ridiculous!

It's a Papa John's.

This is my first time visiting the speedway location, and my last… When I Asked the girl at the register what their specials were she replied with “I don’t know”. So I said is there another employee that can help me?, she looked around and told me everyone was busy however there was not one other employee in sight. She spoke in the lowest volume to where I had to tell her “can you speak a louder, I can’t hear you” about 6 times. While waiting for my pizza, I called the Papa John’s and Sun was to leave a message. There’s no one to Speak to, or even a way to order a pizza over the phone.
Not the type of service Papa John’s is known for.

The lady with pink hair and glasses, not friendly, me and my husband wanted to get some pizza for Father’s Day from there was a deal it never mentioned being online, when I showed this to her, she took my phone, she doesn’t provide good service and I don’t think she should be working here, love the pizza tho always hot and fresh and tastes amazing
