I have never experienced this type of belittling and insulting experience my whole life. As soon as we got there, (I think she is a manager), this woman started talking with us with attitude. We let it go the first time and once we start placing any word she kept being ruder. We told her we didn’t appreciate her attitude, and she literally started insulting us, slamming stuff on the counter and bumping her fist like she wanted to beat us. Mind you we had a 30 pizza order. The pizzas ended being dry and tasteless. I literally was speechless with the way we were being treated. Never again!

Ordered delivery, they didn’t even get the sauces correct and the garlic breadsticks were dry and stale. The food tasted disgusting and the wings gave me stomach cramps. Dominos is similarly priced and is a 5 star restaurant compared to this dump.

Gave my food to someone else, after driving across town since they were the closest one that was open, and they didn't even bother offering me anything or a discount or a coupon or anything to make up for their own mess up that I had to wait longer for.

If I can give no stars I would first time to Arizona and we were hungry grab something quick my kids and I had 2 slices on the 3rd and 4th one there was hair in my sons pizza slice and mine as well it was disgusting I always go to papa John’s but not anymore !!!!!!!!! Look at your food before you eat it. Ruined our appetite!!!! They need to wrap there hair disgusting

I ordered 1 thing and it was the worst thing I ever tasted from any pizza place. Dough was extremely raw. I do not recommend this location. Stay far far away

I had placed an online order shortly thereafter I had called into the store and spoke with the manager on duty Avery, I asked him if they could possibly take the palm twists out of the oven just a few minutes early because they always come out too dark and too crunchy for my two and three-year-old. Keep in mind this was just moments after I had placed my order, he tells me oh sure I could have done that but it's already come out of the oven Don't worry they're not too dark, upon receiving them I find that they are much too dark and my kids won't even touch them. I then call back in and speak with Avery asking him if he was able to replace the order of bread twists, he tells me he is not willing to do that that I would have to call in and speak to a completely different manager for that and then he proceeds to tell me I shouldn't be upset because I only paid $1 for my order, apparently forgetting that the store credit I had paid with was earned from ordering pizza previously so sure I got that order with a very low cost but I had paid for multiple orders before that to get it. He was very rude he was condescending he was presumptuous and in all honesty I dare say he was entitled. Avery you need to learn one or two skills and customer service otherwise you will have a very rough career.

Appalling experience with Papa John's! Ordered a pizza with specific instructions, but they botched it not once, not twice would be bad enough, but on their second attempt they still managed to completely disregard the spirit of the request, technically fulfilling the order in the most frustrating way possible. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

This location constantly gets orders wrong- pizzas are missing toppings that are clearly printed on the label and wings go out with minimal to no sauce. Order from another location if you can!

I had a great experience with the place , staff was friendly and polite , had my order done promptly and the pie was great.

Pizza was the best I’ve had in a while! Service was amazing thanks to Sean! He was such a great person will definitely always want to order pizza from this location all the time satisfied with the pizza and service I received and again THANK YOU SEAN!

Great location, awesome staff

They don't use gloves I watched the prep wipe his head and then toss the doe with the same hand will never eat at papa John's again.
