I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Arrived fast but delivery driver dropped my wings on the floor, called the store and let them know and they gave me the option of new wings or a refund no other questions asked. Great customer service! I got the wings of course, everything was delicious.

I love papa John’s. This restaurant has the best costumer service and they are the sweetest people. There location has the best pizzas out there.

I ordered food for family night for delivery. Waited 1 hour, not the issue. Our delivery was wrong, had a box of bread sticks, and papadia for a family of 6. Called the manager Alizandra (name might be wrong but close) to address the issue. She gave me a refund that would take 2-3 days to receive. Double the inconvenience and no additional offer to make things right. It's obvious that Papa Johns can care less about their customers.

Took nearly an hour to deliver. Pizza was cold by the time driver got here because they gave him orders all over town. Crust is awful. Seems like a ready made frozen pizza crust. Won't be ordering from here again. Dominoes is around the corner and never disappoints. Papa John's quality has gone downhill terribly.

We ordered delivery about 45 mins+ ago, the delivery person lied and said she delivered our order. We never received it, we called the store and let them know the problem. We have to wait another 45+ minutes for another delivery. It's very frustrating, hopefully we don't get the same problem!

Papa John’s should hire someone to answer there phone in the states. I ordered and it was going to be one hour to pick up my pizza, the man on the phone, was very hard to understand, I made my order of the Lg half pepperoni and half mushrooms When I went to pick up my order, they didn’t even have the right name and not the right toppings. They could have remade my pizza which would that another 20 minutes. I won’t be back

Online order for delivery was canceled by store because they had no one to deliver, spent 40 minutes at store waiting for 2 pizzas because they had 2 people working and were behind. Poor workers were trying there hardest, need more employees

Should be : 8in diameter or 4in radius . I was supposed to get about 50.3 in^2 of pizza area

As it is: 6.5in diameter or 3.25in radius . What I got was 33.2 in^ of pizza area

That’s about 34% of the pie missing . Come on now

Today my pizza I ordered on the Papa John's app was "stole" by the door dash people who they supposably use. Tge firet time I checked my order, it said running 20 mins late. The 2nd time it said 1 minute to being delivered that it was canceled. Now, I call the actuall place I ordered from and it sent me to GM. Oh boy do these young people not know how to handle anything or have proper adequate for certain situations. She informed me that she had no idea that my pizza hot stolen. Then proceeded with it got stolen as she says I will get a refund. We'll that's good but I still want my order. She then says okay. I ask her if I was going to receive a notification or call of what just had happened and or would I have options. The question was ignore completely and I would have been outta loss lol.... 1. I didn't order thru door dash. 2. No call incase someone needed directions. 3. Wasn't notified that my order was canceled or stolen. 4. Young GM need better phone representation. Got our pizza at the end of it all, just took long. My dog won't even eat the crust. Now that's saying something.

Shrinkflation. They now leave 4” (yes I measured) to the edge of crust and put a dollop of toppings in the middle. That’s horrible! Yes I measure 4” all around and only the middle was sauced and topped. Omg I know the economy is hard but geez I didn’t order a crust alone.

I had to order a bunch of pizzas for a work function, and the manager was super helpful. She made sure she was there early to get the pizzas going, and they were ready when I got there with no problems. Excellent service.
