The employees were more concerned about clocking out. I tried calling in my order 3x's before arriving and they kept hanging up. We got there 30 minutes before closing time. They messed up our order. They added black olives instead of jalapeños to our pizza.
Absolutely disappointed 😞! The Philly Cheesesteak Papadia had thinly shaven meat that looked like a light sprinkle of parsley. I've had the sandwich before and it did not looked like want had been served this day. I waited about a hour or more and the guy that served me could care less.
Terrible customer service. My pizza was delivered to someone else and they weren't able to apologize or offer a discount.
We love this Papa Johns!
Can I get some pizza with my crust?
Spend 32 dollars on a pizza and you want to charge for a packet of cheese and pepper sprinkles!?? Ridiculous! It was cold and the dough was not cooked and slimy. GROSS.
Ordered medium The Works. What I got was a small that was cold and undercooked. The topping were lacking too. Very overpriced. Total of $25 after delivery. Not worth it at all.

Asked for stuffed cheese garlic crust with onion, mushroom, pepperonis, sausage, and green pepper. I got basic unstuffed crust with all my topping plus pineapple for some reason…ew

I ordered a large Shaqaroni with jalapenos. It arrived slightly warm and overdone. The amount of pepperoni and cheese was definitely NOT double. When I called to provide feedback, the person on the phone said she was the one who made it, and assured me she made the pizza correctly. When pressed, she informed me that, if you ordered any additional items on this pizza, you will receive less pepperoni (and possibly cheese) despite also paying full price for both the Shaqaroni and the additional ingredients.
When I pressed further, she begrudgingly offered a satisfaction redemption on my next order, but it would be the exact same pizza made in the same way.
This is final straw, so I'm done with Papa John's, and will never order anything else from them.
We miss you, John.

I usually enjoy pizza from Pappa John’s, my recent experience might change my mind. I called and placed an order for the Shaqaroni! Granted, it was a Friday night and the store was pretty busy. The cashier was pleasant but it seemed as tho she was new. I got my pizza and drove home, a 7 minute drive from the location. I arrived home and settled in for a movie and pizza only to find, the pizza crust felt and tasted like the box it came in. Being hungry I just picked off and ate the toppings, my dog wouldn’t even eat the crust and that’s his favorite part of pizza night!
Parking: Parking is minimal due to sharing the parking lot with 2 other businesses.

Cold Pizza. Probably was ok but the door dash driver must have stopped at their place for 20 min. Please stop using Door dash or Uber eats. Do these drivers realize we can see where they go on the app?
Ordered the Works with jalapeño and pineapple online. It was ready when they said it would be, got it home, and it was still hot, but more importantly, delicious!

really good customer service
It's really sad what has happened to so many companies. We just finished a long road trip and decided pizza was the way to go. We ordered the pizza on our way into town an hour before we got home. Unfortunately an hours notice wasn't enough to ensure we got it on time. It was almost 40 min late. This was not all papa John's fault they were only 10 min passed when I requested it be delivered. The rest of the problem came from they contract out to door dash. So that means they have zero control over when a driver picks it up or delivers it. Makes you wonder why you even put a time down. My driver appeared to have multiple stops so it took extra long to get my pizza. Lastly when it finally showed up it was wrong lol. The pizza gods must hate me because it was my wife's pizza that was messed up. Because of this I am stuck, do I call and complain, do I drive down there and get it fixed, or do I just deal with it. Due to the already late hour, the absurd time it takes to make the pizza, and the contracted out delivery service, we decided to just deal with it. You would think that paying $57 bucks for pizza and $17 delivery and tip(you better tip good or no driver shows up lol) that you would get a good product. Unfortunately no one really cares any more. I am not writing this to tell you to avoid this location. I just needed to vent about how poor of a job corporate companies are doing with customer care and quality production.
