The food here is decent, can't really complain. But they use door dash for their delivery so you get drivers that have no idea what's going on. I just had a driver show up without my Soda and there was nothing I could do because the guy barely spoke any English.

Saturday Jan 25th. New manager ( I believe his name is Dakota) was shouting at 2 workers for being late 30 mins in front of bunch of people, customers, drivers, making it very uncomfortable for everyone. As far as being late 30 mins is unacceptable, you can’t shout at people right in front of customers. They got rid of an old crazy lady finally, but I don’t understand why would they get rid of a Polish girl. She was so nice. This guy who is a manager now thinks he is better than everyone else and has a right to shout at people. I felt so sorry for a little girl he was shouting at.

Ordered a New York Style and it was the worst. I could have ordered a cheaper priced pizza at Domino's but wanted the quality of Papa John's had in the past. Not even close. Cardboard texture, just terrible

The people that work here are amazing. The website changed the time I after I paid and I called the 800 number and I guess the store never received the call and made it right. They are the best and always so nice. It is my favorite location

I would give 5 stars because their pizza is delicious however I ordered it to be ready and hour ahead, and they made it too soon. It was cold and not as fresh by the time I picked it up. Also, the light on the exterior of the store was out, which i did let them know about. I will order again in a few days I'm sure...

The only issues I’ve ever had from here have been from their computer systems not communicating with DoorDash properly. Sometimes it’s just that the ETA goes wonky when it transfers over, but this time it wouldn’t transfer over at all. That usually wouldn’t result in a five star review, but the manager (Dakota, I think?) communicated well and handled it in a way that kept my loyalty. I’m not going to fault the store for IT issues when they make pizza this good and always go the extra mile to fix their mistakes. This store has a great team– give them proper technical support!
If I could leave lower then one star I definitely would this is ridiculous I places an order 30-40 mins prior to close for pick up and the called me and straight up said we are going to cancel your order because that would push us a little over our closing time and we already started cleaning which in a way I understand you you are still open for another 30+ minutes for an order that takes at most 20 mins to make and I would know I work with pizza for a living the conveyor oven take no more then 10 mins never will I order from here again so much for still being open.

I just spent 60 dollars on pizza from here after not having it for years. They didnt even send the seasoning that that make you pay for now the pizza taste like garbage and when I called the manager this girl thought it was okay to yell at customers. Im sorry I dont care that it was a dollar give me what I paid for best believe if I was a dollar short they definitely wouldn't give me my food though. I dont know how anyone eats this garbage and thinks it taste good. Never again

The employees were more concerned about clocking out. I tried calling in my order 3x's before arriving and they kept hanging up. We got there 30 minutes before closing time. They messed up our order. They added black olives instead of jalapeños to our pizza.
