A lady with red hair is very rude and she talk a lot bad things about others (employees)I heard her while I was waiting for my food and there’s a other rude employee that he is a big and fat that doesn’t do anything but stand there while there’s work to be done very unprofessional and poor service I do not recommend going here at

Grubhub app and google maps (here) both say different hours, we ordered on grubhub around 9 tonight (10/6/23) with some friends and we see that there are 80+ other orders pending. We think to just wait a bit for them to process through and around 10/11 tonight we go by and find out the entire place is closed and locked up like a fortress while the app is still taking orders from other people, we lost 5 swipes from this error, don't know how much money all those other people lost from this but it is really messed up!! FIX YOUR GRUBHUB HOURS!

I tried ordering pizza and they wouldn't make it. The lady said that she "didn't feel like making it." Honestly, I don't care if you feel like making food, when you work at a restaurant, that is what you do. At least she was honest about why, but I'm probably not going back.

I was eating my cheese pizza when I found a hair. Not just on top of the pizza but baked into the pizza. I called and told the manager but I did not feel like accountability was being taken. He did refund me but kept saying "yeah i don't know what that is" this made me never want to order from papa johns ever again. #ifeelviolated

They don't give water to any even though it is against the the law to denying any one water in Tucson Arizona I am in a power wheelchair cuz I have Cerebral palsy so you need water don't go there going somewhere else
