St, Mary’s location Tucson, AZA Quarter of a Hundred dollars spent on a Nasty PizzaPoor customer service employees were outside smoking and listening to rapWent inside and gave my name THRICE and then the employee me asked if I needed a receipt?Got the pizza home and it was so wrongThin thin thin paper thin crust which when I bit into it tased like three day old fridge crustThere were just 3 slices of bell peppers and 8 pepperonis one mushroom and 2 sausages I didn’t see or taste any onion but the black olives were plentifuland there was a half bitten pepper chini/Jalapeño inside the boxI sent Papa John’s a complaint same day but never herd anything absolutely NO RESPONSE of any kindThis pizza was for me and I shall NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS EVER AGAIN!My family is a large family and they know many people, I shall definitely share my experience with all of themShame on you Papa John’s on St Mary’sTucson, AZ

Ordered through DoorDash. They gave my dasher one of the workers pizzas. Missing 2 slices. I order a works pizza and it was a Hawaiian pizza. When I called to ask about it. Was told it was my problem bro when I asked what to do about it then hung up on. So unprofessional! Never ordering from here again.

I stopped in and ordered the gentleman behind the counter was very curtious and polite...he gave me very great customer service food ready right on time ....great choice for tonight and the double chocolate brownies are heavenly ??as well the chicken parmesan bites?
Wow use to be good. Complete trash dough everything absolute trash. They must be cutting corners SMH they couldn't give me pizza for free to come back. 3rd and last complaint. This is what happens you switch automation and cheap materials. Ill try black jack or mom and pop shops.. Mountain Mike's has pretty good pizza stay away from the wings, Bear Canyon, NYPD, Brooklyn. Kind of sad I use love Papa Johns what a waist
Pizza was ok but oily. Menu board didn't have prices for build your own pizza, not pizza or topping prices. Staff didn't kow either. They were only able to tell total price by asking pizza size we wanted and how many toppings we might want and putting it in the cash register. There was no waiting and a bench to sit on while waiting.

We ordered 2 Pizzas, Wings, and Breadsticks at 7:38. Estimated Delivery was 27-37 minutes. We watched the tracker and our food was made and cooked in about 15 min. Unfortunately it sat there for 45min. We got tired of waiting so we called. The man on the phone advised us that someone called in and they had only 1 driver so it would be to us soon. My husband called back after another 15 min of waiting and was rudely talked to by the man working. He stated he was just going to cancel our order since we weren’t happy with it which is NOT what we wanted. But he hung up. I called to advice him we wanted the order and please still deliver it. He said ok too late it’s cancelled and hung up. I was VERY upset as my children had been waiting an hour and a half for their food. I got in my car to drive there but called the store to tell him I wanted the pizza and was going to get it. He said No I cancelled it and hung up. The pizza was paid for so I wanted it. I pulled into the parking like very mad and walked in and said to give me the pizza we paid for now. He said you want your pizza here it is and Chuck it into a trash box that was sitting on the ground. I used a few choice worlds and pushed my was past the drive that was standing there. The man came rushing to me and SHUVED me against the counter and starting cussing at me in my face. The Drive stated “no man don’t be doing that” and pushed him to the back office. I walked around the corner and got my pizza. The male kept continuing to cuss at me and I yelled back at him as well. The drive came over and asked if it was my order and to show him the name and asked for mine which I showed him and told him. I then walked out and drove off. I’m just appalled that Papa Johns would have a male that is OK with treating customers that was. I felt I should call the cops since I did get injured on my elbow when shoved by a male employee, but felt that I will just NEVER return to Papa John if that is the type of people they employ. We are absolutely sicken by our treatment!
