I was 15 minutes early picking up my pizza and was already in a box in the warming racks. And this was a pick up which means another 15 minute drive. To special order a pizza and to have it sitting out for 30 minutes. I also ordered th thin crust. It was tough and the pizza itself just didn’t taste as good as I remember papa johns being.
They were kind enough though to make me a new fresh pizza
I think this is the store I ordered from. It's store # 4419. I am a loyal Papa John's customer. This is the WORST pizza I have ever had..... had delivery to our motel as we are traveling. Pizza toppings in the corner of the box...dropped? Pizza not cut all the way, no cheese or peppers which considering how it came was the least of my concerns.
