Every single time I order from here, I get the wrong dipping sauce, why is it so hard to look at the order that was placed????

Ordered a 15 pizza delivery at 9am for the same day to be delivered at 11:45am. Minutes after placing the order, the manager on duty called to advise they have multiple large orders and would be running late. I was not concerned about the time difference and very much appreciated him reaching out. The food still showed up ON TIME and was HOT and delicious.
HUGE shoutout to the crew working the morning of 8/28/2025, Thank You.

I have to say, after being disappointed in pizza out in AZ for a long time, this Papa John's has me believing again. Everything was hot, delicious and perfectly prepared! Victor was especially helpful and even gave me a pizza bag for my DoorDashing job!
I would order here every day if I could

Juanita is incredible. She was super patient with me on Thursday when I came in to order for myself and my fiance and our 4 kids. She helped recommend items and was really interactive with me. I will be back again because of Juanita and her customer service!

I came in on Wednesday to get a couple pizzas for my son’s birthday and Juanita was absolutely extraordinary! She carried on a good conversation with me and made me feel so welcome and taken care of! I will request her any time I go back!

Delivery guy was great.
The pizza however was inedible. The crust was still dough in the center. The cheese was only half melted and it looked like the jalapenos were an afterthought that were threw on after the fact.

In the picts you can see where the dough was squished by my finger and one shows uncooked cheese and the raw dough.

Also ordered extra crispy wings and they were just slimy. I'll attribute this to the long delivery time.

Will never order from there again. Total waste of 32$

There was a very large clump of hair baked into the pizza completely under the cheese. I only saw it because it was sticking out the side when I picked the piece up. There’s no way whoever made this pizza didn’t see it. It’s so large, it looks like they ripped a handful of hair out of someone’s head and threw it on the pizza. Then when trying to call and talk do the manager, I spent 45 minutes altogether no hold and still never got to talk to anyone.

We have ordered a couple time from here they never deliver themselves they switch to door dash and our pizza this time looked like he shook it up before he got to the door. Last time it was something else. We know better know

Ordered plain breadsticks through doordash, always order sauces on the side that are paid for, and send a note to the doordasher to make sure they don't forget the sauces. The doordasher said they would bring the sauces, but then delivered without the sauces. I called the store to go pick up the sauces and they said it was just sitting on the counter, like the Dasher forgot. So I drive to pick up the sauces come back home and open the breadsticks and they are hard as a rock and super thin, usually these are soft and thick sticks. See photo. Needless to say. I will not order from this location again.
