This comment is coming from someone who normally does not complain, however my experience at your store on campbell and irvington was very surprising and quite concerning.Upon arrival my mother and i walked in to the store to find the one employee running the show was actually standing outside along with someone else who didnt seem to be an employee however it was to tell because aparently there is no dress code at this store being that the employee who came in behind us after we walked in looked quite intimidating as he was wearing a dirty looking flannel big bulky headphones and no uniform.After providing my information to pick up my order i kindly asked if i could get some extra pepperonccinis he proceeded to his prep table without washing his hands or putting any gloves on. He went and scooped with his bare hands not once but twice and placed the peppers in a piece of foil and handed it to me.I was in shock and in disbelief and didnt know what to do at the exact moment. My mom and i just looked at each other we walked out undecisive if we should of gone back and complain or leave the pizza there but we were picking up this order for my brother who placed the order.After arriving home with the pizza we talked about it and decided not to eat the pizza because if he was willing to scoop the food with his bare hands after he was just outside on his personal phone then we could only imagine what happens behind the scenes.Thank you

Ordered 5 pizzas on Halloween they were packed full of people and worked hard to get everyone their pizza as fast as possible. It tasted amazing!

I called ahead to verify if my order is ready. The guy who picked up the call said it just got out of the oven. When I came to pick up the order, the guy said somebody picked it up already- in a span of only less than 10 mins. What an awful experience. They gave my order to a different individual without verifying order number.

Beware of liers! Beware of the person taking the order! Beware of the same person purposely trying to upchange your over the phone order. Beware of the delivery person not having everything you ordered.The delivery person from grub hub wasn't given my 2 2ltr bottles of soda. I am insisting they go back and bring my complete order I paid for.The person taking my order tried telling me they have never had what I ordered and that I should try a different pizza.The same person told me that the delivery person would call me to have me come down to meet that person at the lobby as my hotel doesn't allow drivers to take to the room.I checked prior to placing my order. The front desk said they've always allowed this, even during covid.I dislike liers, very much. Now this Papa John's gets a poor review because of lazy lying service representatives.
We had a nice experience at this location. The service was very friendly and professional. I waited few minutes inside the store and I notice them being very busy yet this not affect the customer service. We order the New York stile and it was very tasty we were content with the purchase. I will recommend this location, and I will return.Parking: Parking is at the front of the store.

I just got an order 2 large stuff crust and one of the new thing crust for valentines everything was perfect & fresh. I went in and there was only one man rocking it out making the pizzas maning the register & taking phone orders I didn't get a chance to ask his name but great attitude great customer service and can obviously handle himself well under pressure without compromising his service big raise for that man great experience.

I just want to say whoever was making the pizzas last night keep doing what you're doing. I have to say that was the best dang pizza I have had in awhile, everything was perfect the amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperonis everything was made and cooked to perfection. Thank you!!
