if papa john’s is going to start using a 3rd party service they should probably contact their customers if there’s an issue with the delivery. my order on the tracker said delivered, it was a cash order so who was it delivered to? I called the store & they said “yeah the driver called me & couldn’t find you” i asked “why didn’t you contact me if there’s was an issue?” their response: maam it’s through door dash” my exact words were “if you’re going to use a third party service you should probably tell the drivers that info” after going back & forth about the order & my account info he said “we called you it went to voicemail” i asked what number & he read out a number from a family member that hasn’t been used in years. i checked my app & my number is updated correctly. i told him it had to be his system & he said “maam if you’re going to be hostile i won’t serve you” i hung up as it was a cash order i didn’t lose money. Please don’t expect customer service hospitality from this establishment or communication about your order. 0/10

Great staff! I had placed an order for delivery yesterday. The organization that they use for deliveries cancelled the delivery and gave no reason. When I called to get the status, the staff explained to me what had happened and made the order for me. I went to pick it up and they had it ready in 15 min. The cancellation was outside of their control, but they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Appreciate going above and beyond.

Today I try The papadia it was not even cut in half all the way, the bottom of it was cut better than it was cut in half. So everything's just falling out. Don't order pizza from here. I ordered through papa john pizza app and it comes to my house as door dash I take a bite of my cheese stick and it's hard as a rock because they over cooked the bread. And I ate my pizza hardly any cheese on my pizza. I deserve my money back tbh cause this is bullshit

I usually drive to farther papa johns locations because this one doesn’t put any sauce (literally just bread with cheese) Today we ordered again and tipped hoping that would make a difference but they still made it wrong. Would suggest not tipping until seeing your order here

Pizza didn't have much cheese or onions on it. It tasted like paper wasn't cut properly, so it fell apart. A large one topping pizza was $10.86. 🍕 Pizza's are terrible unless you pay over $20.00.
