Not worth the deals at all đ The staff were friendly and professional. Both pizzas tasted like nothing and barely had any sauce on them. The toppings were skimpy and not placed throughout them. Some toppings appeared to have been added late and not to have been cooked through the duration of the rest of the pizza. When trying to pay through the APP, it kept forcing me to tip with no option for cash if paid online. This experience was not worth our time, money and not even better than the nasty Pizza hut across the street. I can say that after this I don't want to return to any Papa John's locations. đĄ

Ordered a pizza and garlic knots and it appears whoever made the order thought the garlic sauce goes on the outside of the pizza box instead of on the actual knots. Soaking wet greasy boxes that I couldnât save food in, and plain bread knots. Pretty upsetting.

Can't order on my phone. Nothing go's through. The last 3 times I've tried to order Papa johns. I ended up going to Pizza hut. And I hate Pizza hut. Thanks for Nothing

Not great. Pizza tasted bad? A little strange .. I ordered extra cheese extra sauce, i didnt see any.. barely had much pepperoni or mushrooms.. not sure what the bad taste was from. Only ate a few pieces..The garlic knots and cinnamon dessert were good. But ill think twice before ordering pizza from PJs again ... im not sure they are living up to 'better ingredients' slogan... I feel like Papa John just lied to me.

if papa johnâs is going to start using a 3rd party service they should probably contact their customers if thereâs an issue with the delivery. my order on the tracker said delivered, it was a cash order so who was it delivered to? I called the store & they said âyeah the driver called me & couldnât find youâ i asked âwhy didnât you contact me if thereâs was an issue?â their response: maam itâs through door dashâ my exact words were âif youâre going to use a third party service you should probably tell the drivers that infoâ after going back & forth about the order & my account info he said âwe called you it went to voicemailâ i asked what number & he read out a number from a family member that hasnât been used in years. i checked my app & my number is updated correctly. i told him it had to be his system & he said âmaam if youâre going to be hostile i wonât serve youâ i hung up as it was a cash order i didnât lose money. Please donât expect customer service hospitality from this establishment or communication about your order. 0/10

Garlic bread was not cooked threw, philly cheese steak pizza very poorly portions all in center of the pie barely an ounce of meat and more dough than cheese.will never order from you again!!
Don't come to this location thinking they take EBT when the Internet tells you this place does when it doesn't.

Great staff! I had placed an order for delivery yesterday. The organization that they use for deliveries cancelled the delivery and gave no reason. When I called to get the status, the staff explained to me what had happened and made the order for me. I went to pick it up and they had it ready in 15 min. The cancellation was outside of their control, but they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Appreciate going above and beyond.
