I was not impressed by the employees and their level of customer service. They seemed to be bothered when I asked a question, and they did have time to answer my question... I am so thankful to have choices in the pizza market... papa John's it will not be!

I ordered onlineYou added 3 extra pizzas i did not order to my bill and i did not receive all my order items from the doordash your company sent. And the prices did not match your website or comercials.I ordered 3 new Calzone Stuffed Crust pizzas 2 of them just one topping and one customized,Jalapeno Papa Bites10 inch CheesesticksGarlic Knots2-Liter Wild Cherry Pepsi.I never got my pepsi and my email from you guys says i ordered 6 pizza's and instead of 3 and you charged me $20.99 for each pizza and your ad online said they were $14.99 and also you had an ad that says spend $45 or more and get free delivery and i was charged $110.95 and had to pay for delivery fee anyway and when i would type the promo code for freedelivery it would bring me to main menu and not give me free delivery.

Be aware that deliverys are being done with doordash. If you are paying with cash be aware you will not be given change and forced to give the change in tip to driver. Very unhappy at the moment.

This crew is awesome. Davids always been super cool and helpful. Teresa is such a a sweet soul. She has an infectious laugh that warms the heart. The boss man is cool as well super outgoing and easy to strike a convo up with. They have always treated me with nothing short of kindness and respect. Thank you 1548.

This location is always very helpful. They are willing to go above and beyond to help. The first time I ordered papa johns was from here after every other pizza place put me on hold just to say they were closed. That was maybe 12 years ago and today after some online ordering issues they were super helpful.

Picked up my pizza... it was delicious, service was fast and efficient (though I would have appreciated being given napkins). It's a pizza pick up place... atmosphere isn't what they're going for here ;-)

I've been ordering from this specific store throughout my entire childhood. I've recently moved back to this side of town and attempted to place an order via phone and was completely blind sided when someone overseas answered the phone. They couldn't understand English very well and told me that I wouldn't be allowed to place my order. It was absolutely ridiculous anyone can place an order for pickup but they kept asking for my address. The outsourcing that was chosen as a good idea from corporate was singlehandedly the WORST POSSIBLE CHOICE. If I didn't absolutely love Papa John's I wouldn't have gone into the store to order then be forced to wait in the parking lot while it was made. The people in the store apologized and for the most part they were nice throughout the process but they were also short and clearly deal with a lot of annoyed/angry customers. Seems to me this could be solved by simply having the individual store employees answer the phones not a random call center in another country. Luckily I took down the actual phone number and an employee told me what number you press to reach the store but what a FRUSTRATING experience. Really messed up the good memories I've always had as a kid calling to order pizza on the weekends.Parking: The parking is beyond heinous. Difficult to get in and even harder to get out.
