sometimes they use the dough from stuffed crust pizzas for regular pizzas and it makes the whole thing taste worse
I’ve ordered delivery twice from the store and never received it.
Ordered food at 11:00. Came to pick up my food at 11:15 and store was closed. Huge waste of my time.
Not like it used 2b
Tried ordering on the phone and the person could not understand what I was saying nor could I understand what they were saying then he wanted to transfer me to something else to pay so I decided to go to the store and place my order and the lady behind the counter was obviously annoyed and rude not a great experience
I showed up before close Nathan still hooked me and placed my order I wish more people and places had such amazing performance
This location has great service and friendly staff, better pizza because of ingredients.
Owner purposely makes delivery drivers wait, actively losing the drivers money and disappoints customers when their pizza never arrives when it's supposed to.
Be careful ordering pizza from this place. I will never order pizza from here ever again. Ordered pizza yesterday and I am still in bed with food poisoning. I was completely fine before I eat the pizza from here. In one hour after eating, I immediately started throwing up and having diarrhea. I still have not been able to keep anything down since yesterday around 3 o’clock yesterday. So everyone beware.
I'm sure I've had worse pizza than this, but I can't remember when. I got two pizzas. One was pepperoni and the other was jalapeño and mushroom. The toppings on the jalapeño and mushroom were so stingy, it looked like they were coming out of the cook's paycheck. One piece had a single piece of mushroom and another piece had none. It had hardly any jalapeño and the cheese was so sparce, crust and sauce showed through the middle of the pizza. The sauce on both pizzas was sweet and smelled terrible.

delicious pizza, but this location leaves their sauce cups inside the box under the heating rack; which turns it into a liquid and it doesn't solidify back into the right texture even if you put it in the fridge. my only gripe is when I pay for extra and they all get ruined bc it's just pure liquid at that point.
Papa Johns pizza used to be so good. The crust was fluffy and chewy. The cheese and toppings were delicious. Now, the pizza is flat. It kind of reminds me of a pita bread with cheap mozzarella. They even have the nerve to ask for a tip if you are picking up the pizza yourself and watch to see if you leave one. If you dont, they treat you like they are doing you a favor. Horrible customer service every time i go. Forget about the free parmesan and pepper packets, they are now .10 cent each. I think Little Cesars is better. I never thought I'd say that. Step your game up Papa Johns. Maybe that's why your company is tanking.
I've been waiting for the delivery for almost an hour and a half, when I messaged the delivery driver, she said she delivered the pizza, and I'm like where??? She left it on my front doorstep, and it's been sitting there, outside in the cold for who knows long??? I heard no knock, no doorbell, and I'm sitting just a few feet from the front door, she could even wait until I came to the door! Never again will I order a pizza and include the tip on the card, never!
Ordered sauces and was charged for them. They did not even check to make sure the order was all there. When I called, Store manager said, yeah it will be an hour and 39 minutes before I can get those to you. Sorry. 👀 Terrible response to a mistake they made. Refund my money.

Went in to order five pizzas a day ahead, and the store manager (will remain nameless, but her name is posted on the front), asked if I was picking up. I had to say no three times before she realized that I was in to order. She walked up with her shirt open showing multiple tattoos, and one on her face, and had a black eye. I don't care much about body art, but there is a level of professionalism that needs to be considered, especially in food service.
As we got through the order, I had to correct her a couple of times (not a difficult order, but she was obviously trying to go really fast) and when we got to the final bill, she tried to charge me nearly $100. I then pointed to the sign sitting out front advertising one-toppings for $9.99 each. Only then did she give me the correct price, and then she hurried to hide the sign.
The quality of the food the next day was fine, and the person who came up the next morning was very nice, but this place desperately needs a better store manager, before I'd be willing to go back.
