Ordered delivery and the Works pizza with 2 added ingredients. The delivered pizza wasn’t what we ordered, missing most of the ingredients including the 2 added ones that I paid extra for. So disappointed and won’t go to Tuscan’s Papa John’s again!

Staff is marking the orders as 'picked up' but the pizzas aren't ready. So people are showing up waiting for their pizza but it is not ready. Seems to be they are making it look like the pizzas are still being produced on time. But are being made 20 minutes late.
Also, staff is saying they have nothing to do with the app and not causing the app to say the pizza was picked up.

Great customer service, top notch. They accidentally delivered wrong pizza to my house. Door dash said they couldn’t do anything that it wasn’t their fought. Called the store manager and they remade the correct pizza and had it delivered in a fast timely manner. Too bad all restaurants aren’t like this because most would apologize and say we can give you a credit for next time.

Horrible service for Doordash drivers , orders are never ready to pick up on time and need to wait for 20 more minutes! Customers aren’t happy as well! If you have not enough staff don’t take that many orders, especially on weekends,which are always busy! To let the only person making pizzas at the lunch time on the weekend is insane and not responsible!

Tried ordering on the phone and the person could not understand what I was saying nor could I understand what they were saying then he wanted to transfer me to something else to pay so I decided to go to the store and place my order and the lady behind the counter was obviously annoyed and rude not a great experience
I showed up before close Nathan still hooked me and placed my order I wish more people and places had such amazing performance

Be careful ordering pizza from this place. I will never order pizza from here ever again. Ordered pizza yesterday and I am still in bed with food poisoning. I was completely fine before I eat the pizza from here. In one hour after eating, I immediately started throwing up and having diarrhea. I still have not been able to keep anything down since yesterday around 3 o’clock yesterday. So everyone beware.

I'm sure I've had worse pizza than this, but I can't remember when. I got two pizzas. One was pepperoni and the other was jalapeño and mushroom. The toppings on the jalapeño and mushroom were so stingy, it looked like they were coming out of the cook's paycheck. One piece had a single piece of mushroom and another piece had none. It had hardly any jalapeño and the cheese was so sparce, crust and sauce showed through the middle of the pizza. The sauce on both pizzas was sweet and smelled terrible.
