Wont take a $50 bill with a multiple pizza order? One pizza is more than $20…. Give me a break. Then all the extra garlic butters are sealed in with the pizza so they are melted…. I personally dont like them that way. What a waste…. Maybe ask before you put them in the box and under the warmers? I know I’m not the only one who likes them away from the oven.

Disappointed with a couple things that tipped me just enough into the direction of not wanting to purchase Papa John’s anymore. 1. Pizza was not kept in a warmer and the boxes were cool to the touch when I got it, pizzas weren’t warm (at all). 2. The pizzas tasted odd and cheapy. The crust was thin and smushed down. It honestly tasted no better than a frozen pizza. A frozen pizza would have at least been hot/warm (and cheaper).
The only good thing were the breadsticks, somehow those were delicious.
Sorry papa John’s, you’ve lost a customer.

Upon visiting the store, I encountered a man with distinctive facial hair, shoulder length brown hair who initially acknowledged me but subsequently attended to a later arrival. I remain patient while waiting to place my order. This Papa John's location warrants avoidance.

It may actually be the worst papa John’s ever. The owners at this store do not care as well. Save yourself the trouble and find another pizza spot to eat. They don’t care, and so they don’t answer the replies you send. First they didn’t tell me when my food would be here, then they gave me regular bone in wings when I ordered boneless. Where I am from in Virginia, papa John’s is the best. In Tucson, you must not care too much. It’s worse service than Pizza Hut. I may never order papa John’s again. Sad, because it’s my favorite.

Just ordered delivery. They made us go across the complex to the rental office and the 6 cheese cheese sticks had hardly any cheese! The photos speak for themselves, we got ripped off.

We ordered two large pizzas for $19.99 for carry out. The service was great, the employees were professional and the pizzas were delicious! The garlic butter is the cherry on top!

We spent almost 70.00 on two pizza and some breadsticks. With order charges it came up to 70.00 The cheese pizza had barley any cheese and sauce the breadsticks tasted like cardboard . I would rather have spent 5.00 at Lil ceasers, do not waste your hard earned money on a company that does not put any effort or quality into the food they are serving. DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY....you served me a bread pizza, no sauce no cheese....you are a disappointment and I would like my money back.
