Walked in for a pickup order, 4 people working and not one acknowledged me for the first 5 min. Guy walks in behind me, they don’t acknowledge him either. Told them what order I was there for, ignored another 5 min. Then they ask what I was there for again, the order was sitting there since I had walked in. Pizza sucked to top it all off.

It’s Halloween night, and I just stopped in to grab a couple pizzas — and I’m honestly blown away. Despite the madness of Halloween rush hour, the entire team was firing on all cylinders with incredible teamwork, professionalism, and genuine courtesy. Every person I interacted with was polite, upbeat, and even spreading holiday cheer while moving nonstop.
The gentleman calling out orders deserves a medal (and some hot tea for his vocal cords). The coordination and communication between staff were top-tier — the kind of cohesion most businesses only dream of. And on top of that, the pizzas looked and tasted phenomenal.
I build business systems and train teams for a living, and I’ll tell you right now — I was jealous of how well this crew operated tonight. Absolute excellence in both product and performance. They crushed it.

We ordered our pizza online and we got there before it was supposed to be done got the pizzas took them home not even 5 minutes from the place and looked like the pizzas have been sitting for hours took one bite and it was really chewy and dry. And they were supposed to be two different pizzas one a New York style pizza and then the other was a regular hand toss

Wont take a $50 bill with a multiple pizza order? One pizza is more than $20…. Give me a break. Then all the extra garlic butters are sealed in with the pizza so they are melted…. I personally dont like them that way. What a waste…. Maybe ask before you put them in the box and under the warmers? I know I’m not the only one who likes them away from the oven.

Disappointed with a couple things that tipped me just enough into the direction of not wanting to purchase Papa John’s anymore. 1. Pizza was not kept in a warmer and the boxes were cool to the touch when I got it, pizzas weren’t warm (at all). 2. The pizzas tasted odd and cheapy. The crust was thin and smushed down. It honestly tasted no better than a frozen pizza. A frozen pizza would have at least been hot/warm (and cheaper).
The only good thing were the breadsticks, somehow those were delicious.
