This is the worst. My cousin came from out of town and talked to her so much about Papa John’s from this location and it came out to be that the pizza was soggy and had less toppings. Both boxes that I ordered were horrible. Paid $60 with a $10 tip and yet they couldn’t be so generous and make the order good. Someone should retrain them and make Papa John’s good like it was back in the day.

I used to like Papa John's but this one kinda ruins the franchise for me. Pizza is always light on sauce even when I ask for extra, and for some reason they keep using door dash for deliveries. If I wanted door dash I'd just use that, and since door dashers don't care about how I receive my food I've received bent pizzas and boxes from them.

Food quality is always inconsistent and the employees aren’t very good at checking the details on orders. Multiple times I have ordered additional sauces on the side (which costs extra) but haven’t gotten them. I should know better by now and check before I leave but I shouldn’t have to. Im getting real tired of paying for stuff I don’t get from papa John’s.

Ordered dinner online for delivery, only to find out that DoorDash would not deliver it. Apparently, they won't deliver to "the other side of Coachline". So, I got the opportunity to do take-out. DoorDash's decision has made my family and I decide to take our business elsewhere in the future. I would like to give 2 very large thumbs down to DoorDash, and a solid thank you to the manager at my Papa John's for being an awesome person despite our inconvenient experience. I have ordered from here 4 X since I’ve lived in marana in the last 3 years. I rarely order out but when I do I expect to get what I pay for & so generously tip for ! Not once h I ordered from this place and the order has been delivered correctly ! Always something missing or bringing the wrong items.I’m so annoyed with this place! I know it’s not NASA but how hard it is to prepare an order and read a ticket.

So I ordered a pizza from this location and I will say at first I was unhappy. But it was only due to my pizza not having the pepperoni that I thought it should have had. Which at the end of the day was my fault (I based it off the picture and not rhe oder form). Anyway I went back to the location and the manager was very nice to me as I was to her explaining my mishap. Long story short she and her very nice crew which may have included the owner ( he was the only one with a blk shirt which made believe this is a franchise) remade my pizza and it came out great. The customer service I experienced at this location was above a 10. Will definitely continue buying pizza from here!!!

Normally my orders arrived before time it was estimated, and pizza still hot. this time it took 25 minutes, after text " pizza is on its way" I was a little disappointed, pizza and wings lukewarm.
