There is a boy working there, if you order your food late, he is gonna call you and tell you they closed. But they not. He is just doing it because he is lazy. It happens for a very long time now, every time If I try to order around 10 , he is calling me saying they cleaning. They suppose to be open till like midnight. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings and this is what I got. Bunch of random pieces of small fried chicken with barely any sauce on them. I know this isn’t right as I’ve ordered the same wings number ours times in the recent weeks. If they were out of boneless wings they could’ve just told me that and I could’ve chose something else instead.

I had an amazing experience at this Papa John’s location. Charisse and taia were extremely busy pushing pizzas out efficiently while still being kind, professional, and very helpful with our order. It was clear they were short-staffed, yet they handled the pressure with great attitudes and strong teamwork.
Customer service like this makes a real difference. Despite the rush, they stayed focused, friendly, and committed to quality. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would absolutely recommend this location based on this experience.

Great pizza and great customer service these guys are some of the best to be honest. Even if I have an issue they always resolved it professionally. I will have to say can you guys do us all a favor and make a breakfast pizza. When I was a kid going to school they had a breakfast pizza, it was the best pizza in the morning and I would just love to be able to order a pizza like that first thing in the morning.

Very satisfied had a great night enjoying this pizza . Good prices , friendly staff , just the right amount of sauce and so so so cheesy stuffed crust and a generous amount of pepperonis . Who ever was working tonight they know how to make a pizza ! I will for now on only order my pizza from here 😃

Spent almost 48$ for an order only for it not to be well done and barely cut and they forgot ALL 8 of my sauces and 2 liter soda, the manager refunded me the side items but it would've been nice to have my entire order correct after a long stressful day at work, this place is going downhill just like little caesars, do better and make sure your employees are accurately delivering orders
I prefer Papa John’s to any chain pizza restaurant, but you guys really missed the mark tonight. Pizza was not cut into slices and the toppings were 95% sauce which made for a very soggy crust.

My previous online order was missing the extra toppings I paid for. I asked the manager to take off the cost of the missing topping & he said he couldn't. So instead, he told me that next time I come in, I would get a free pizza. I asked him how do I make sure that happens, & he said "it's already in the system, so just tell them about it" when I come in next time. So, for this online order I came in & mentioned I was supposed to get a free pizza due to what happened on my last order. They were pretty busy & it was a different manager who asked if I wanted to wait for them to make the free pizza. I politely said, "No, because that was the whole reason I made this order - because 1 of them was supposed to be free. I don't need/have time for an extra pizza to be made & why couldn't he discount 1 of the pizzas I already ordered & were ready to go?" He said I "should've called the order in & asked for a quality guarantee" so I could get the free pizza. I pointed out the original manager to this manager & told him I was never told any of this by that guy, or I would've done so. This manager was visibly irritated & started heavily punching buttons on the register while the original manager said maybe this guy could put another type of discount in. This manager didn't say a word to anyone, but then shoved crumpled recietps at me on top of the pizza boxes. I asked what this was & he exclaimed, "I already told you, I voided your whole order!" Confused, I told him, "No, you didn't say anything to me but just shoved these recietps at me". At this point, his eyes got really big & he made a rude face at me. So I just took the recietps/pizzas with me & said a flat "Thanks." & left immediately since I wasn't getting anywhere with this guy & he clearly wanted me out of his store. Another customer witnessed the whole scene & held the door open for me to leave. I told him "Shitty customer service", referring to this manager & the customer smiled & nodded in agreement. I feel like this whole altercation was unnecessary & unsettling to say the least. I told my husband what happened when I got home & he told me he'll go from now on, so he "can handle those type of crack heads". I was very uncomfortable & won't be going back unless I'm accompanied by my husband, though I shouldn't need to bring security with me for a pizza order.

We stop and get Papa johns anytime we are in town. We live in Benson Az and don't have one. We usually stop at the one on 22nd. But we were close to this one and stopped in. The manager was running the register and he was top notch the most kindest helping and very cool dude. He helped us with everything we needed plus gave us a great discount. If u ever get the chance stop in this store cause you will get nothing but the best service & pizza!!
