I live right next to papa John’s, literally a minute drive. I got a handwritten note with my pizza that was rude and uncalled for. When the guy showed up at my door, he was banging so hard I thought the door was going to come down. BBB and corporate will be hearing from. Noah and his crew today will have to answer for their awful customer service .

I really don’t understand why you would place an order “ready” for pickup when only half of the order is complete? Then, not only do we have to wait for the order to be completed after it already says “ready” but the other pizza wasn’t even started! Makes no sense to me! This is now the SECOND time this has happened! “Friendly staff” doesn’t make up for inadequate service

Usually pretty good but today it was delivered upside down. The driver was a jerk about it.
It is impossible to place a delivery order with the morons that work at the N Swan store as they repeatedly referred me to the Speedway store out of my zip code and 3 miles away. Never will I order from Papa John's again. They should be called Papa Morons.
