I enjoy the food. It's exactly what you expect from Papa John's. It's a delivery or takeout spot no dining in but that's no problem. When I order I start driving there and by the time I'm there my order is usually ready to go.

I love papa John's, my only issue is that everytime i order i get extra peppercini for $.70 extra.. Sometimes I only get one extra and sometimes I get like 5 extra :( I'm expecting more than one extra when I have to pay for extra.. PLEASE GIVE MORE EXTRA WHEN PAID FOR EXTRA

I live right next to papa John’s, literally a minute drive. I got a handwritten note with my pizza that was rude and uncalled for. When the guy showed up at my door, he was banging so hard I thought the door was going to come down. BBB and corporate will be hearing from. Noah and his crew today will have to answer for their awful customer service .

I really don’t understand why you would place an order “ready” for pickup when only half of the order is complete? Then, not only do we have to wait for the order to be completed after it already says “ready” but the other pizza wasn’t even started! Makes no sense to me! This is now the SECOND time this has happened! “Friendly staff” doesn’t make up for inadequate service
