Placed a mobile order, only to show up and be told that they never received it. I explained that I had in fact been charged and even allowed the employee to review my order on my phone. It was clear that I placed the order but I was denied my order anyway. They advised me to dispute the charge with my bank, rather than just make the couple of pizza’s that I clearly paid for.If you like wasting your time then by all means, pay them a visit

Over priced cardboard. This place is not good and costs way more than they are worth. Skip them

I set up my order online for pickup. Due to dietary restrictions I requested no cheese which I know is not a common request. A few minutes after submitting the order I received a call from this location confirming if I indeed did not want cheese. It was great to receive this level of customer service. With a simple call this location will now have me a regular return customer.
Papa Johns is pretty good... HOWEVER... within the last 5-6 years or so it seems as though something changed.. and idk if it's the cheese or dough.. I can't quite put my finger on it so to speak, but it seems to be different than it used to be. In the beginning of our Papa Johns Journey you could tell that you were ordering some near gourmet food which made it more acceptable to spend the extra money vs. frozen pizza or other restaurants. Everything had a higher quality taste that it just doesn't have anymore and the prices didn't go down to compensate the change. It's still good for the most part. Waaay better than Little Ceasars or Hungry Howies, but it lacks the love that it used to have.

If you order a pepperoni pizza online, remember to add pepperoni while ordering online. Otherwise they will just give you a cheese pizza only. Why would the person preparing an order for pepperoni, not add the pepperoni!?False advertising, deceiving practices. They still charge me the $ 14 instead of $ 8.Never going back.

They told me my order would be delivered in thirty minutes. It took two hours and the pizza sucked. I was still charged full price. I gave them this one star because that's as low as it gets.

They need more of a selection to choose from. Add some new items to their menu. More or less like the rest of the pizza places
