I had put in my order almost an hour and before I had showed up and when I showed up my order wasn't ready. His excuse was that "he thought it was a fake order because of my last name, and he wasn't going to make it until I came in." It was my Birthday and I was using my birthday gift from Papa Murphy's. He totally messed up the whole order and I had to wait another good 30 more minutes for him to make my order. Making other pies instead of focusing on mine.

Disgusting pizza. Terrible product. Will not order again.

Even though they were very busy my pizza was made in a reasonable amount of time.

Came in with three customers ahead of me allowed them to order... Then it comes to my turn and I'm told it's going to be a 20 to 30 minute wait for my pizza to get made.. I can understand if you had to make the dough but 20-30 minutes to prep for pizzas is ridiculous. Especially since you're not cooking them.

We pick it up to have dinner with friends. We play cards until we are ready to make the pizza. Works perfectly so the pizza us always hot and fresh!

Love Tuesday 10.99 large pizza my personal favorite is the cowboy pizza..... Mom likes the Hawaiian...call ahead and it will be ready.

Our go-to for thin crust pizza. We love the concept and always add more toppings when we get home.

Friendly manager great great food excellent to bake it just the way you want it and I think you guys are number one in pizza.

Could not get the dough off the ridiculous foam backing...hence screwed up my home made pizza. It was a joke. Pizza burrito was ok

So, first of all, this is the 1st time that I have gone to a Papa Murphy's since the pandemic started and the first time that I have gone to this location. I expected pretty much the same experience as always, which has been consistently positive. I was wrong. What's the deal with adding a tip??? I had never been asked this before and it's actually pretty rude. Did this company suffer such a great loss of profit during COVID that they have to resort to this??? Totally inappropriate. Next, they USED to provide you with a coupon along with the baking instructions. These were great since you got a dollar off your next large pizza if you completed the survey. No more coupons with your pizza!! What a disappointment!! Pizza was fine and staff were welcoming but seriously?? So many other options for quality pizza in the Tucson area. You've lost my business!!!

Just......fantastic. The staff is friendly, kind, and very helpful. The pizzas.....perfect every time. I cook mine on the grill with a pizza stone; comes out crispy and perfect every time. Thank you Papa Murphys for being so wonderful!

The service was once again theeeeeeee worsttttttt I have ever encountered at a papla Murphy I have enjoyed the pizza called the cowboy in at least 6 states in the US only well so far but I will never got to the store located on Grant and Swan I think that the employees need to be tested regularly for something wrong pizza one of the pizza they made was a complete disaster I wouldn't even give it to adog not to mention that some ingredients were unavailable and the cashier was extremely rude again im so so glad that I was able to compose myself long enough to just walk out of that darn store don't go there unless it's your only choice which I hope no one has to go threw what I did oppps almost forgot the best part cashier so d*** can't even tell me how much I owe I wasn't the only one that day shame on the mangers who has let this kind of behavior last so dam long oppps darn smooochesss
