If you want a Pizza you can head over to Frys and pick up a Red Baron or you can come here and get a fresh made custom pizza with plenty of Fresh toppings. I have only met friendly staff members here and the pizzas I have ordered have always been perfectly made.

I had put in my order almost an hour and before I had showed up and when I showed up my order wasn't ready. His excuse was that "he thought it was a fake order because of my last name, and he wasn't going to make it until I came in." It was my Birthday and I was using my birthday gift from Papa Murphy's. He totally messed up the whole order and I had to wait another good 30 more minutes for him to make my order. Making other pies instead of focusing on mine.

Came in with three customers ahead of me allowed them to order... Then it comes to my turn and I'm told it's going to be a 20 to 30 minute wait for my pizza to get made.. I can understand if you had to make the dough but 20-30 minutes to prep for pizzas is ridiculous. Especially since you're not cooking them.

I have been going to Papa Murphys pizza for years. I loved this chain in Indiana and when I moved to Tucson I was thrilled to see one close by. I have been going to the store on Silverbell since I moved here. I ordered a stuffed pizza from this store on June 30. When I went into the store to pick up my pizza I asked them to remake it as it wasn't the pizza I was used to getting for the last several years. The girl behind the counter questioned me as to why I didn't want it and asked me if I had ever ordered this type of pizza before. She was completely argumentative and disrespectful. She then grabbed the pizza from me and literally threw it into the trash, she proceeded to rip the plastic from the new crust and throw it across the room. Unfortunately, at this time I should have asked for my money back and left but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. During the time she was remaking the new pizza she went to back of the store and came back out and then continued the pizza. I took the pizza home, cooked it as usual and my family became immediately sick, with nausea and GI upset. I cannot say why we are sick but I will never again go to this store.

We pick it up to have dinner with friends. We play cards until we are ready to make the pizza. Works perfectly so the pizza us always hot and fresh!
If you want the rudest, most arrogant clerk ever, this is the store for you. I haven't experienced such poor service in a long time. If you want to experience this, go on a Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. it's sad that someone so young has such a miserable outlook on life. Perhaps he needs a job where he doesn't come in contact with anyone. We ended up not buying anything from this j*** and will go elsewhere in the future.
