We ordered the family chili dog package asking for spicy dogs. There was no taste to the chili, the large box of fries had no salt. For the price of the meal I wish they were better. The old days are gone.

I've been going to Pats since I was a child. I reside in Montana and hadn't been there in many years. The place is pretty much the same except for the price. $21.99 for 4 hot dogs and fries! I get it, inflation but really 22 bucks.

The more i try not to get bothered by their staff it gets worst. Amazing food but they hire nothing but idiots. Worst service ever. This will be my last time here. I will miss their food but i cant stand their staff-.

Its not the pats I grew up with and I don't like saying that but the chilli doesn't taste the same. Like it's not the original recipe. And the prices are high now.

I was not impressed with the chilli dogs, no flavor, needed a touch of salt or something to make it taste good it's just not the same as when I was growing up.
I don't know why I keep coming back to this place expecting it to be better and to be like it used to be with good hot food and employees with great attitudes but tonight's experience was horrible The fries were cold the hot dog was cold the chili was cold and the attitude of the workers is cold They think it's more important to to be on their phones texting and listening to ghetto rap music so loud you can hear it in the parking lot from the dining room then to help customers. And don't worry that they don't have any chocolate desserts on the menu because you'll have your own when you get home in the form of Hershey's squirts

Ordered family chili dog special. My son and I excitedly took a bite of a hot dog only to discover the dog and chili were lukewarm at best. WTH was the thought. So we tried the fries expecting the usual Pats soggy fries, but nope... burnt to a crisp. The kinda burned that they no longer have any potatoe inside.
Kept the fries reluctantly but asked for a refund on the cold dogs. The gentleman was less than friendly and told me "I don't know how they can be cold..." then proceeded to touch the warmer the chili was in, I guess to prove I was wrong. Got my refund and left disappointed. Had been at least 2 years since having Pats so we were excited.
Prices have skyrocketed there, but obviously quality got left behind.

I used to live in Tucson about 27 years ago and not too far from here. I ate at this place every once in a while and it was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Went down hill and they stole my credit card and gave it to someone to buy jail phone minutes. Garbage.
Fries are a four star.
Chilli dogs are ok, not sure if it's 3.89 each ok.

We love chili and this place was in an article for Tucson’s top places to eat. Previous reviews were mixed with being the best they ever had to being bland but we had to check it out ourselves.
We pulled up late night to get a chili dog and chili cheese fries. The bun was soft but the chili was bland and flavorless. It had lots of beans. Lacking salt.
A previous reviewer commented that fries were soggy so we asked for well done. Glad we did because once they dumped on the chili, it made the fries soft.
I can relate to some reviewers who say that they’ve been dining here for decades and it’s so great when it could be nostalgia. Whereas, others said quality has gone down and food was not good.
I noticed the workers wear gloves but they handle the food, cash and open the dirty sliding window all in one transaction and then repeat! Glad none of us got sick. The tables were sticky. It’s just a run down place.
The chili fries had several sizes. They sold us a large, had we known, we would get the half size because the portions were huge and it wasn’t good. Would hate to waste food.
It’s cash or debit only. Paying card will add on $1.
