Ladies and gentlemen, I’d like to start by saying that this place used to have delicious food and top-notch service. It was my go-to spot. But ever since they opened the two extra locations, the quality has taken a nosedive—and the customer service? It’s been thrown away like last night’s garbage. After a long 12-hour workday, I drove 45 minutes just to get my hands on a bacon wrap burrito I’d been craving all day. I had high hopes for that majestic meat monster, thinking it would satisfy the hunger I’d been nursing since morning. But when I got home and unwrapped it from the foil, it was like chasing a mythical creature—what I found was nothing close to what I ordered. No bacon. Not even the right meat. Whatever they slapped together was so greasy it was bleeding through the plastic, also a bag of jalapeños soaked through there bag as well. The fries looked like soggy pasta, completely lifeless and floppy. The experience was frustrating from the start—the drive-through speaker was broken, so the lady couldn’t hear me. When I pulled up to the window, we hit a language Barrier : I speak very little Spanish, and she barely spoke English. It was a communication disaster. To the owners of this establishment, I say this: maybe it’s time to call it quits. It seems like you’ve peaked, and now you just don’t care. If you’re going to run a business, take pride in what you serve. Care about the customer experience. If you can’t do that, maybe customer service—or business ownership altogether—isn’t for you. The 12th Ave. location used to be solid, though I haven’t been in a while, and now I can only assume it’s gone downhill too. One thing’s for sure: you lost a loyal, lifelong customer today. I went to get a number 2 meal and they had us pull over. We waited and as we are leaving I opened the bag for the salsa and they weren’t closed properly. Had salsa all over myself and the bag. As I’m realizing they forgot the fries that came with my meal. Also the burritos definitely got smaller super skinny. Wouldn’t come waste my time again. Nothing compared to the food truck.
Delicious would be my one word description of this restaurant. In my opinion, the best Sonoran style Mexican food in South Tucson by far. Beacon rap Burrito, Sonoran hotdog, steak tortas, all amazing can't go wrong with either selection. A truth treasure of flavor you can only find in South Tucson. Food made fresh, with a friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. Must stop by and experience for yourself.
This place is hit or miss apparently. I heard all about the bacon wrapped burritos from a few people so I got one a couple months ago and it was really good but, I noticed that the bill was a bit higher than I thought but through the receipt without looking because I got it to go. Now today I went to get another one and not only did they ADD a 5 dollar tip without telling me but the order was wrong?!?! I was the only guy there at 5pm. It was a cheaper non bacon wrapped burrito and it wasn't good at all!!
This place is good. Been two time and the first time i got the quesabirria it had a lot of meat and chesse. The second time however it was very thin and not at all the same as what I had ordered the last time. I definitely like their salsa bar and that you can get your toppings yourself.

Was a waste of money. Make sure to double check your food before you leave, they will confirm what you ordered and give you something completely different. We went back to get the food fixed but we still got the order wrong again. (It was not busy)
