We were enjoying the burritos we ordered until my husband felt a long black/ brown hair on he’s throat while he was eating he’s. It really grossed him out he’s very disappointed with this place. We will definitely not going to order food from here again or recommend this place.

Waited over 20 minutes for my food at the drive thru , 3 guys that were bringing ice bags for the restaurant got impatient so they were cursing in spanish since i was blocking there way to enter through the back door by the drive thru , one of them went inside to probably rush the workers so they mess up my order . Very unprofessional how they were cursing and kept looking at me like i was the problem

The food here truly is everything you could ever want. It's authentic, street Mexican food with that food truck ambiance and service. And don't even get me started on the various salsas and sauces. I can't get enough.

Percheron is a food truck that seems to be permanently parked on 12th Ave (except when out for catering orders perhaps?). It's located right next to a covered dining area with some booths and a couple of tables. This is the only place I've ever seen that bacon wraps their burritos, which is basically what led me to eat here in the first place. I guess bacon wrapping food is kind of the thing around Tucson. It's honestly kind of a gimmick, but I'm not complaining! The burrito does take time to make - it took around 20 minutes after I ordered on a Friday early afternoon and that was with no one in front of me! Luckily they have a buzzer system so you know when it's done. I got the classic here:Bacon Wrapped Steak Burrito ($14.99) - Super decadent artery clogging goodness. The ingredients are perfectly balanced with steak, avocado, cheese, peppers, onion, and tomato in every bite. The interior is moist and there is no need for any additional salsa or crema (although, they do have a salsa bar if you want something to add). The bacon is tightly wound around the tortilla, and doesn't fall off at all. It's also well rendered so that there is no rubbery chewy texture. The burrito is served piping hot and is quite substantial - a cylinder around 3in diameter on the widest side and with a length longer than my forearm. I wonder if they use an entire pack of bacon in wrapping this thing.... The flour tortilla is supposedly handmade, but I honestly couldn't tell much about the tortilla through all of the bacon. It kind of gets lost. The entire burrito is griddled after assembly, adding some additional char. On the side, the burrito came with some charred peppers and lime for freshness and acidity.I'm not sure why other reviewers say they only speak Spanish. The person I ordered from was perfectly good at English. Also, they do accept credit cards now.To be honest, I'm not sure I would get the bacon wrapped burrito again. It's something that's great to try once or twice, but it has to be super unhealthy for you. I certainly didn't feel so great after eating it... I do recommend Percheron just to give it a try.

Best burrito ever..and steak tacos too! Yum!Everything is super fresh. And they ask you if certain things are ok to add. Absolutely delicious!

A bacon wrapped burrito... let that sink in. Bacon wrapped... did I say bacon? I ordered the steak burrito with all the fixings and what you get is a humongous perfectly cooked delicious meal or two. Their salsa/ sauce bar has a chipotle sour cream accompaniment that is my fav. Service is friendly. They are usually busy and made to order and so it does take a while... but worth it. They have a semi enclosed clean space right off a busy road in a gas station parking lot; it can be loud... but who cares while you are eating delicious-ness?

Everything we tried at this place was great! The burritos are huge and wrapped in bacon!!! The hotdogs were really good too. They have covered seating and a big cooler blowing into the seats. They had good sauces and large portions. What's not to like... the service was quick and friendly, they were very accommodating to my picky child. The food seemed a little expensive but once we saw the portion size we were happy with our order. The only thing they are missing is a bathroom but that's a big ask for a food truck.

The BEST Mexican Food in ALL of Tucson and Pima County that I've found so far. They just made some really nice updates too with food buzzers and a nice seating area.A MUST stop for EXCELLENT Mexican food in Tucson - right off Hwy 10You can won't be disappointed!! Enjoy!

Put this on the top of your list! Service is great, the vibe is perfect and the food is exceptional! You cannot leave here without trying the bacon wrapped burrito, make sure you squeeze lime juice on it before you're first bite! There's only two bad things, there's no bathroom and it's hot as heck in summer time. We visited the food truck location by the convenience store. It still doesn't take away from the 5 star rating!

Bacon. Wrapped. Burrito. There, that's the review. Just joking. They only speak Spanish here so keep that mind and the actual burrito is great. It's not stuffed to the brim. It's a well balanced, thought out burrito that shows real craft at work. Impressive stuff overall.
