I was recommended this place by the owners of my favorite hotdog spot. I was telling them I haven’t been able to find a Sonoran hotdog better than theirs and they said to go try Periquin Sonoran Hotdogs. I would say these are very good hotdogs and I will definitely be returning when in the area. Great taste and the bun is fantastic!

I never had an Sonoran hotdog and only living down the street from here I had to give it a try and I was not disappointed. I will not eat another Sonoran hotdog anywhere else.

This is just a little trailer in a dirt lot that sells hot dogs. It's kind of a dive, but their Sonoran dogs are very good, especially with the toasted bun. Service is friendly, and it's super cheap!

This seemed like the best place to try the most authentic Sonoran hot dogs. They were really unique - try the with everything.

My wife and I stopped at this food truck during our brief visit to Tucson. We had heard about Sonoran hot dogs, so we thought we'd give 'em a try. yum, yum, YUM!! Yeah, maybe they're just hot dogs, you say, but Hot Dogs on Crack!! Kudos, Ruiz!!

The Sonoran hot dog is a style of hot that originated in Hermosillo , the capital of the Mexican state of Sonora, in the late 1980s.[1][2] It is popular in Tucson,[3][4][5][6] Phoenix,[7] and elsewhere in southern Arizona.[8] It consists of a hot dog that is wrapped in bacon and grilled, served on a bolillo-style hot dog bun, and topped with pinto beans, onions, tomatoes, and a variety of additional condiments, often including mayonnaise, mustard, and jalapeño salsa. Got this from Wikipedia.. With that being said, these hot dogs are unique and delicious. For $3.50 a piece you can't go wrong. Although, I would've loved for them to be an all beef hot dog we can't always get what we want. Honestly, I think they only sell this and some drinks. I couldn't even find the menu hahahah The avocado salsa was epic!

To say this food truck with it's tiny eating area looks unassuming is saying it mildly but these were the best hot dogs I have ever eaten. There is no menu as they serve nothing but Sonoran hot dogs and only take cash. You grab your drinks from a cooler. Do yourself a favor and stop here as it is both very cheap and very tasty.
